Salon Meraki — Local services in Arnold Township

I have never been to Meraki and had taken note of the new location. I wanted an appointment and sent a text asking for an appointment. Was informed to leave my phone number and someone would contact me since all booths are rented and each stylist books their own apt. No phone call came so I tried again by text and also called the number on the site, no one answered and I got a message mail box was not set up yet. In the interim Sammy texted me and we set up an appointment for today at 1:30. I came early and was greeted the front desk. They said they would tell Sammy I arrived. My appointment was for 1:30. About 2:10 a lady comes by and says she thinks Sammy left. She then comes back and says someone else will see me. At no point did anyone address the fact my booked stylist left. I did agree to see the referred stylist I was pushed off on. Not one of the best haircuts i have had, although she did tell me she had not been out of styling school long. I originally wanted a razor cut which she informed me she doesn't do. So sad to say I would definitely not recommend Meraki Salon. 😢 Very...

Carissa is truly amazing at what she does. She takes the time to really listen to what I want and offers thoughtful suggestions that showed her experience and creativity. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Other hairstylists compliment my hair and how natural my blonde is! Whether it’s a fresh cut, color, or styling, she nails it every time. This salon puts others to shame! The space is beautiful and clean! When I walked in for the first time, I was warmly welcomed with a hello and smile. Now when I go I feel like family. Their wide selection on product is amazing. Even has cute items to purchase too! My services were done by Samantha. She is excellent at her job and cares about her clients. She took her time and engaged in conversation with me. I felt so comfortable there. As for my hair, I got a full foil, cut, and style. My hair is shiny and feels so healthy.
