I don't often give reviews, particularly bad ones. Generally a single bad experience could be explained in a number of ways, and I prefer to try give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. However, I see a pattern with this branch that is very frustrating, and I am not the only person to notice. I am not sure if this is a deficiency of this branch, or the Dominos system in general. I had this situation twice and I wont be buying anything from Dominos again as long as I can help it. First, several weeks ago I placed an order for three Pizzas to be picked up at a specific time. This was somewhat important because we had quite a few hungry kids at our house for a birthday party. I arrived at the branch a few minutes early expecting to wait a bit, but wanting to get the order as soon as it was done and back to the house as quickly as possible. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order and the person behind the counter said they were working on it and it be several minutes. This was no problem and I fully expect and understand a variance of time plus or minus 10 minutes or so. After about 20 minutes they called my name, but only had two of the three pizzas. I was a little surprised that it took 20 minutes after the pizzas were specified to be picked up, but hey, like I said, sometimes stuff happens. I informed the person behind the counter that I was supposed to have three pizza's and not two, and after checking the order several times, they concluded I was correct. What happened next was was I considered not acceptable. They told me I would need to wait another 20-25 minutes because there were orders ahead of mine. I stated that, based on the situation, it seemed that they should make mine right away since it was clearly part of the original order and they had failed to complete the order as submitted. They told me there was nothing they could do, and they were working on it as fast as they could. I really didn't understand why I had to wait while the first two pizzas got cold for them to make the third, but what could I do? I waited. For another 30 minutes. The second similar issue I had last night. We called in an order of one small item to be ready at a specified time. I arrived at the specified time and walked up to inquire about the order. The first person I talked to wasn't able to find the order and then walked around aimlessly in the back area. I suspect she was looking for my order, but it wasn't clear. Then another employee came to the counter and asked for name again. I gave it to them and they looked through the computer for the order. This employee found it, but informed me that it would be 20-25 minutes before it was ready. Mind you, this was already now about 10 minutes after the time it was specified to be done. I don't know why there is a disconnect with the orders and specified time to pickup. I feel that they don't start making the orders until people arrive. This seems to negate the whole purpose of specifying a pickup time. It would be better if they just said to arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of time to babysit your order. I would caution anyone ordering from Dominos not to if its time sensitive in any way. It might be fine if you are ok with waiting, but in both my situations, I very much needed the order to be done at least near the specified pickup...
Read moreI made an online order at this establishment and receive an email message saying that my order was ready to come pick up. I walk into the store 10 minutes after receiving the message to encounter a rude employee telling me that it wasn’t ready and I explain the situation to him stating that I had received an email that it was, and as I was saying that he continuously was walking away from me Just repeating and saying it’s not ready that means it’s not ready and was treating me absolutely rudely! Then another employee walked up to me asking if I’ve been helped and I said you could call it that. So once the young gentleman went to go help me, come to find out my order was ready the whole time and the first guy was just too lazy to actually check. So I waited 10 minutes To get helped out after my food was already ready for 10 minutes prior to that so I asked to speak with the manager. The first individual walked up in the middle of me talking to the manager and started arguing with me about how that’s not what he said and he was polite to me blah blah blah and was pretty much screaming at me saying I was wrong and lying. I asked him to please walk away I did not want to speak with him and I wanted to continue to speak with the manager and he would not and kept arguing then accuse me of being the one in the wrong. Waltz all this is going on the manager did no disciplinary action nor did he have his employee walk away when I asked for him to not be present. I stated, would you like to receive a bad review and possibly lose your job and the original guy that treated me so bad sad I don’t care about this job you can do whatever you want and I don’t give a F*. Absolutely the worst experience with Domino’s ever and I will never be coming back to this store and I recommend highly that nobody ever goes to this Domino’s again, and I expect to be responded to by corporate in response to this review. Very disappointed! I’ve been a customer of dominoes and the dominoes points reward system for a very long time now and have never been treated so bad! Something needs to be done about the store because that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!

Read moreSo about 2 weeks ago I got a Large Meat Combo given to me by a friend, it was awesome. Tonight I thought about getting another. I called and a girl answered, I'm not gonna put her on blast but her name was opposite of Winter. So i told "Winter" that i needed to order a pizza. Winter asked me if my name was Jeff and when I said no she tried to convince me otherwise, like I don't know what my name is. Then she rattled off some phone number and asked me if it was mine, when I said no she tried to convince me otherwise. I kept repeating through a of this that all I needed was to order a pizza. Then Winter told me she couldn't hear me. Ok, I called back on the landline. I told Winter once again I needed to order a pizza, she asked if my name was Greg. At this point I said sure my name is Greg can I order a pizza now? Winter came back with, well this is either Greg or it isn't. I informed little Ms. Winter that after 10 minutes of trying to order a pizza from her that I was going to order from some where else. Called up my normal pizza place, got 2 for 1 and had the pizza in my hands in 15 minutes. I probably will not go back, that's how disappointing the...
