update: score improved from 1 to 4 stars after posting my negative review someone from mod did reach out and offer to credit me for the 4 very disappointing entrees. i believe that was the right thing to do and appreciate it! everything was very good. in my experience, the best way to get your order prepared as requested from the belmont chase location is to go and order in person not through the app. there has been great inconsistency in the order depending on who makes it and if you are there watching you can better control the process.

We've ordered from here 8 times in 9 weeks. We put up with a lot of inconsistent service over the years. We like it bc if you get a well trained employee the food can be very good. Last night was a disaster and I feel cheated. Ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread and medium size salad. Sent my daughter to pick up order at time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't started it yet. Walk in customers were getting their food first. Daughter had to wait almost 40 minutes. I finally called restaurant and phone rang over 3 minutes and no one answered. My daughter could hear it ringing the whole time. I had ordered online and had given a generous tip in advance. Pizza was very poorly prepared with bits of wrong ingredients on them and mistakes made on 2 pizzas. They were mostly uneaten bc they just weren't good. The salad had the normal amount of toppings but so little lettuce except for the stems and bad parts that should have been thrown away - I added half a bag of lettuce at home to make a complete salad! Daughter spoke with manager and his excuse was 1 of the employees (3 counting manager) was new. Outrageous experience! After all that there was no discount or any offer of compensation. This MOD has lost some frequent customers. I understand employee turnover but management has to make sure employees are well trained! Current manager doesn't seem like he's trained. Where are...

I have always liked this MOD Pizza located in Ashburn Village. When it first opened I was there to try it out, it was definitely a worthwhile experience of pizza with oven baked flavor. I like the orderliness of the station at works you get to see the fresh toppings applied and you can modify your pizza from the order line as well. The MOD Pizza interior looks rustic, but freaky has a stylish flair that is welcoming. And speaking of welcoming, I like that the staff is always attentive to the customers from the moment got enter to when you receive your order. It's good news to see that they offer curbside pickup during this current pandemic and that you can still go inside for takeout. MOD Pizza is an alternative choice from the other Pizza places because the price point isn't too bad for a single Pizza pie. Given that knowledge is still is a filling meal if you want a quick bite in a hurry. It literally says “super fast” on the door but it was anything but. There was one person in front of us and it took us over 20 mins to get our food. The employees looked like they were moving in slow motion. One of the 4 employees seemed to be new and in training which is understandable but I don’t really see an excuse for the other 3. No one apologized for the wait. When we went to find a place to sit, it was difficult because almost the whole restaurant was dirty including the soda station that smelled awful! At the end, I asked for a to go box because there weren’t any in the place where they’re usually stacked and the guy looked at me like I was so stupid for even asking before he realized there weren’t any set out. We didn’t get a “have a good night” or a “thanks for coming” when we left either. I still gave it 3 stars because our food did turn out good and this is my first time having such a horrible experience here.
