Perfect location, GREAT menu, even better ambiance. Over the past year we’ve ordered take out that included a Filet Mignon. The steak was literally rancid. Disgusting smell, could not have even fathomed tasting it, let alone giving it to our dog. Upon calling the manager there was absolutely zero compensation, let alone the decency of an apology. The location was simply too hard to pass up, and I really wanted the past experience to be a one-off. I recently took my son back for a Saturday evening dinner. He ordered chicken fingers and I once again opted for a filet mignon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Service was timely and friendly. The steak was a stringy fatty mess. I ate the small section that actually resembled a filet and took more than half home for the dog. Broccoli was ok, needed to be cooked longer. My son was not very enthusiastic about his chicken fingers and fries. My son and I both ordered mashed potatoes which the waiter let us know when dropping off our food would be out shortly after. Eventually they did make themselves out served on small side dishes which consisted of 3-4 bites. The final bill with tip was 75$ and I once again felt shorted by the business. From past experience I did not bother with a manager complaint as they lost our trust previously. Sorry but I simply cannot trust this place any longer and will no longer be giving them our business. Read moreAs a first timer I was not empressed. The hostess failed to even acknowledge nor greet my Mother, or I. The owner we found out by mistake after he kept her from giving us any attention finally ackmowledged us and proceeded to put us in Ryan's area. Ryan took a long time to get out drinks come back to check on us, etc. He finally got our order and he heard chopped steak but, she ordered southern fried steak. I had to get his attention to address what she was given. Because a woman actually delivered our food. Keep in mind I observed the owner, and another gentleman deliver food during our long wait. But, a woman not server, or owner/ co-owner brought our food to us. It took us getting his attention. He apologized said he would get a manager. He avoided us before and after the mess with my Mom's order. (Truth is we just got some bad news and needed a good meal.)I will get a manager. Instead of a discount we got a card for a free appetizer on our next visit. How will the next visit go. Hhhhmmmm. My Mom gave the free appetizer to one of the tables who by the way got more attention than we but, we also learned they were frequent patrons. Ouch!!! Repeat business keeps things going. Therefore one would be more apt to make sure all customer's friend or new be given the same respect. Jusy saying as a fellow csr very important fact. Read moreThis is my 1st. time 4/18/2024 around 3:25pm coming to All American Steakhouse. I ordered a California Hamburger to go and a Ice Tea. It took 30 minutes to processed the order, no more than 8 customer at the bar. The grill was empty, no one was cooking any orders. At the time to pay for my order, I was charge for carryout supply fee 5% of the total price of my order. Here is not that amount I paid for it, it is the hidden fee that are not disclosed anywhere. On your web site these items, containers, silverware, naphins, etc. are free. Nataly was very nice, but she didn't tell me is going to be a charge for carryout, no in your web site or menu online said anything about the charge or is printed, It is unacceptable and ridiculous to charge a customer that fee. Then If I'm eating there and I want to take out what is left on my plate, your company is going to charge for it? How bad your business is doing to charge that fee? What kind of customer services you provided to your customers? I never had a restaurant doing that!!! Your company is misleading and doing charges that are not printed in black and white, that is illegal and on top your company is taking advantage of your customers.
