Bottom line up front is that my experience left much to be desired and I’ll leave some constructive criticism in the hopes that deficits are fixed. Now on to the order:
The pizza- Small Supreme- while the ingredients were fresh, the pie was undercooked/doughy, and the amount of cheese nullified the flavor any sauce that may be been under it. Wildly oily which likely caused the limp flop after the 8 min car ride home.
Recommendations: Please cook the dough more thoroughly. While good, the cheese was too heavy and the sauce could use a splash more of vinegar, tomato paste, or lemon to boost its acidity.
The Wings -8 piece mild - not much to critique. Pretty generic order and were well done. Might just order extra crispy next time.
Drink - 2 liter - was able to order a Pepsi, none in stock upon arrival, settled for Sprite.
Ultimately the experience was average. For how highly rate the restaurant was, I had high expectations and was disappointed with the pie the most. May give it a few weeks and will be back in hopes of a better...
Read moreWas excited to have another Italian place to go to in Ashburn. We ordered take out from this place as the kids love pasta.
There isn’t a lot of seating in the restaurant. I think I counted 4 tables total. The ambiance is nice, very clean and modern.
The service was good. The person was nice and gave me some recommendations for next time.
We ordered the lasagna pizza, chicken parm pasta, and chicken alfredo. The pizza wasn’t bad, I think I’ll try another one next time. The chicken parm was flavorful but the spaghetti wasn’t that great. The texture of the pasta was soft and the sauce didn’t hit the spot. The chicken alfredo was decent. The chicken had a mediterranean seasoning which was good. The pasta was cooked well, and the sauce was a bit on the bland side but with some salt, it ended up being pretty good.
I really want to like this place. I’m going to try out some other items and review this again. Will give it another chance as they are just...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place because we’re always looking to support new small businesses in the area….but this restaurant was unfortunately really bad. We got a cheese and meat lovers pizza, both had almost no pizza sauce (which basically means no flavor), a chopped salad (similar to pizza, minimal flavor and off-colored salami), along with some wings. The wings are why I gave two stars, because they were decent, but it was hard to overcome what is arguably the worst pizza I’ve had in the Ashburn area. I recognize this is a new restaurant and I hope the location evolves and thrives, but if you’re a pizza place named Eataliano, make a good flavorful cheese pizza. If your area of focus is Indian inspired pizza, market yourself accordingly. Wish you...
