Arby's — Restaurant in Asheville

This evening (2-24-2024)I went to the Leicester Highway location to grab dinner for my mother, my son, and myself. 2 classic roast beef sandwiches, 2 chicken club wraps, 2 Large curly fries, 2 orders of Mac and cheese bites, 1 Large sweet tea. It was around $42.00. It was dangerously inedible. I feel like everything came out of the waste bucket. Chicken was petrified, the bites were burnt and also cold at the same time. Stale fries. We literally threw all the food away and I’m almost $50 poorer and we didn’t get to eat dinner. (Person in drive thru was nice and did everything they were responsible for well) With all the financial issues that I’ve had for months because of my father’s passing and a massive loss of work, I can now add this to the list of crappy things that I’ve had to endure this winter. I didn’t even call the location to complain. The only thing I would be offered is food from someone who clearly hates what they’re doing. I understand that good help is sometimes hard to find but there are a lot of us who care deeply about our work that are experiencing difficulties due to companies hiring unskilled labor for the sake of saving money. Advice: Pay well for people who are experts in their field and also care about what they do. Also, a refund...

Why is this place even open. We sat in the drive thru for 8 mins waiting for our turn. There was two cars ahead of us. When we pulled up to the speaker we were not greeted in any manner. We sat there another 6 mins before my Wife (whom was setting in the passenger seat) says "HELLO" loudly. At that time a female voice rudely says " I'll get to you when I get a chance to" Now had she acknowledged us when we 1st pulled up and said any number of things about the wait we would have been very understanding. But she didn't. We waited a few more minutes before leaving and going next door to McDonald's whom by the way was way busier. We were greeted with a very welcoming " thanks for stopping at McDonald's" and placed our order, paid for the order and received our order hot and fresh before the two cars that were in front of us at Arby's had even moved. We will eat at Arby's another time but it most certainly will not be the one on...

Almost walked out the door without eating this past Saturday evening. Store was devoid of patrons but I still waited over a minute at the register before the guy would get off his phone (his personal smartphone, not the store phone) to take my order. I guess they think you can't see them through the dark side window near the drive through window.

Guy had to repeat himself 3 times because he couldn't open his mouth or enunciate. Does Arby's screen for interpersonal skills or is a pulse optional to draw a paycheck here?

Had to walk the whole dining room to find a table that wasn't dirty. The crew in the back has time to cut up and laugh, but no time to pick up a rag I guess.

Food was ok but not the best I've had there. Fries were lukewarm and the beef was dry...
