Bojangles — Restaurant in Asheville

So here is the deal about the drive-thru at this Bojangles. The employees were quick and helpful. I feel like they could have done more though. That being said, there was nothing else wrong with this location. In fact there was I really nice view of the sunrise around the time that I was there in the back of the parking lot. I am somewhat of a parking lot connoisseur (self-proclaimed). I like a parking lot that is to some degree private and yet not so discreet as to attract shady types. I like it to be fairly clean and some foliage or a nice view is always a perk. So as far as this particular parking lot is concerned and for other reasons I won't go into I'd give it a five stars. Now for the bad news about this Bojangles. I had a strong desire for some Cajun filet biscuits this particular morning thus I ordered two. I should have maybe stopped eating the one I had a weird feeling about, but I went a little too long without food and ignored my intuition. People, always trust your gut. I ignored mine and it was pretty much cursing at me from the inside out. Yeah, I got mildly sick from this Bojangles. Was this stuff fluke calculated bad chicken biscuit or is this a pattern? I'm reluctant to return to find out but...

This is repeatedly the rudest employee s at lunch time. First time I just finally left when I was clearly bothering them by making an order. Yesterday I paid 9 for a combo and was told I would now have to pay for honey mustard also. When I asked the girl at the drive thru just shrugged her shoulders and said it’s corporate and that “people were taking advantage of it and wanted 10 sauces”. I said well I’m not “people” and I don’t want 10 I want one to dip my dry chiken in”. I mean I already paid 9.00 for a combo and that’s not enough???? For a sandwich???? Just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well! I used to love bojangles but the chicken or the fries 99% of the time now are to dry to eat and honey mustard saves it. And I’m so sick of the rude customer service especially at this location. And oddly enough when you go to the bojangles website to complain this store isn’t even listed !! How convenient! The sauce isn’t much more but I’m done with bojangles. Prices gone up, food is awful, and this Hendersonville rd locations customer service is the worst. Take it from Me don’t go there. They don’t want to...

First time at a Bojangles. It was within walking distance of where I'm staying so figured I'd try it and walked over. Both doors to dining area were locked, so guess it's drive-thru only. Walked back to get my car.

Person at the window must've been new as he didn't seem to know what came with the 2 piece chicken meal I ordered. This place doesn't seem to offer the Bo-tatoes as a side so I ended up getting the dirty rice and fries.

The fries were ok. The chicken leg was ok, but the thigh had very little meat on it. The rice itself was overcooked and tasted ok, but it had some sort of meat in it, maybe sausage, that tasted like dog food. Also charged me for a medium ice tea when I ordered a small.

After I ate in the car, I looked for a place to throw out the trash and there wasn't a single trash in the parking lot. What kind of fast food place has no garbage cans? So had to walk over to the auto parts store nearby to put trash in their overfilled dumpster.

Overall not a pleasant experience and the food wasn't even all that good, so doubt I'll do...
