The Salt Spa of Asheville & Himalayan Salt Cave Sanctuary — Local services in Asheville

My husband and I went here yesterday for a 2 hour bliss session with Katherine for some serious relaxation for our wedding anniversary. Walked in and greeted by Brad who was ready and waiting for us. He’s super friendly and very hospitable. To match that, the waiting area is calming, smells soothing, well lit with various Himalayan salt lamps and very well decorated. Our massage was in a private salt room which was super calming and relaxing. The salt bed is a little firm but after laying there for a few minutes the salt, heat and soothing sounds had me sleeping. The massage was absolutely perfect too! Katherine’s hands worked magic on me and my husband! Needless to say we were very pleased with the staff and this space. After the massage we relaxed sipping hot herbal tea and rested our feet on heated Himalayan salt rests. We highly recommend...

My Mom and I came here to enjoy the salt and sound experience. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this experience. We came to Asheville to relax and relax we did! We enjoyed the zero gravity chair in the salt cave, but found the sound table to be especially therapeutic, able to completely relax and breathe in the beneficial qualities of the salt. After the experience, my mom and I truly felt rejuvenated, able to breathe easier, no more tension or tightness in our bodies and completely relaxed in the body and mind. The atmosphere and ambience was what made the experience so much more beneficial. A blanket is provided throughout the experience and water is provided afterwards. The customer service was amazing and my mom and I can't wait to visit Asheville again for another truly...

My first visit was amazing! I was having a tough day filled with anxiety and brain fog. The Universe directed me to The Salt Spa and as usual, it was the best thing I could do to rebalance myself. Rita was so warm and welcoming and made my visit even more enjoyable. I haven't felt the peace I experienced here in many Moons... I felt no pain, my anxiety dissipated and clarity returned to me. I even received a very important message during my time there which has helped me tremendously. I am so grateful for The Salt Spa and they have won a loyal customer in me. I absolutely recommend visiting The Salt Spa to revitalize your Body, Heart, Mind and Soul....
