Atlanta Bread — Restaurant in Asheville

I had the Cubano panini for breakfast with a nice tea and a vanilla latte. They were absolutely scrumptious and delicious and the latte was perfection. The service was above and beyond is I spilled my iced tea and a couple staff members came and help me clean it up. I have a neck brace on from a car accident and one of the staff members asked me what happened and was actually concerned and was very kind and showed that he was in a happy place that he worked at. Having happy employees tells a lot about a restaurant and this guy went above and beyond to talk to me and actually showed that he cared and started my day with a very big smile knowing that there is good people out there and they work for Atlanta Bread lol. Also the wonderful lady who took my order had very good suggestions on what to get and I couldn't have been happier with the selection. The food was great, the prices are great, the service was above and beyond, the restaurant itself is very clean and roomy and fast service but not fast enough to make it feel like McDonald's yuck lol. I highly recommend this place to give it a shot You won't regret it...

I do love Atlanta Bread Company a lot. The atmosphere is perfect for me. I'm a writer, so I need a place that's not too distracting, with music that's not too loud. ABC hits the spot perfectly.

The food is great. Everything I've ever eaten here has been very good. Their bread bowls are to die for, and their bagels are great too. I think they make a lot of their own cream cheeses as well, and they're delicious.

I do wish, however, that they had more choices in coffee. I'm here often—two or three times a week—and I usually end up getting the same thing. I love to branch out and try new coffees, but with only five choices (two of which are decaf and one dark roast, which I hate), there's just not much room for that.

Also, I wish they opened at 6am instead of 7. My brain functions best in the mornings, and I'd love to get to work as early as possible. Until something better comes along, though, this is best coffee house on this...

NOV 23RD 11:30 AM They Still have excellent food..and they got my $160 Lunch order 100% accurate.......BUT the manager serves up horrible service....only the manager...the other employees were fantastic. The manager was absolutely no help when I ask for a paper menu. It's ok that they didnt have one but he was absolutely rude and dismissive....when he told me I would have to look it up on line. So I got out of line since he wouldn't help me...I found a seat and looked up what I wanted. What if people don't have a smart phone with them or older people who just carry a flip phone? Worst manager award for the year so far...even beating out the Manager searing people at Outback who was presenting all the...
