We used to love this place. I mean LOVE this place. We used to look forward to coming here. Their menu selection was awesome. Let's move forward 5 months. Oh how it has changed. Also not to mention this is where I chose to eat Saturday for my Birthday. A VERY limited menu. Very limited appetizers. The best thing I ate there were the fries and the $9 grilled cheese. I got the homemade chicken tenders and couldn't even finish them. They were rubbery and very bland. My wife's fried chicken sandwich ended up costing $17.00. They didn't have chips so it was either pasta salad or pay for an upgrade. My daughter's slider hamburger was bland and about the size of a 50 cent piece. Oh and it was $10.50. At least it came with fries. A kid's grilled cheese is $9. I understand inflation but this meal definitely changed the way I feel about "You get what you pay for." It will definitely be the last time we ever consider it a place to go...

This is my new favorite spot in Asheville! Mario is such a fantastic server. He is so friendly, kind, funny, and on point with his service. Our drinks were never empty and he even took his time to check in on our dog also. The patio was absolutely the perfect setting with a peaceful stream, playground for kids, and space heaters! The food was beyond flavorful. The garlic knots with pesto were top knotch and the marinara that it comes with was absolutely divine. If they bottled it I would buy it by the gallon. The mushroom pizza is heavenly and if I had to choose a last meal, that would be it! The chicken tenders and fries were pretty basic but my kiddo inhaled them with no complaints. With over 20 beers on tap they absolutely have something for everyone. I can't wait to come back!

We came to get a burger and fries, but everything is honestly way overpriced for what you get. I was surprised by the bill. $17 for my burger and $19 for a burger with a gluten free bun resembling a hockey puck and NO sides included. Potato chips do not count. A side of crinkle fries was $7… In all, two burgers, an order of fries, and a single $4 beer ON special was $50 without tip. The food wasn’t bad, the burgers could’ve come with a sauce… It just wasn’t worth what they are charging. The experience would be better if they were asking a fair price for what you get. Happy to come back and enjoy the food and outdoor area when the prices come down, until then you can’t say it’s a go-to neighborhood joint, it was disappointing.

My family and I went today (4/28/17) to Creekside and I have to say it's the worst experience I've had in a restaurant, by far. My spouse and I have worked in the industry for over 8 years as a cook and a server and we're pretty understanding. The wait was quoted at 40-45 minutes even though there were obviously entire SECTIONS open inside and we waited for 50, which, honestly is not that bad. Well, we got seated, the side of the picnic table where we put our 1 year old son in his high chair was torn up so there was shredded wood right in his reach and no room to move the table to get to the other side. We waited about 10 minutes for the server to come over and get our order. Our drinks took about the same amount of time. Then, for a kids chicken tenders, veggie sandwich and a patty melt (which wasn't what he ordered), we waited 40 minutes. until the baby couldn't handle the hour and a half we already spent there, so we asked the server to box our food. She instead brought us boxes even though the food obviously could be made and set in the boxes in the kitchen. She gave us our check so I could pay it and then we waited another 20 minutes before we had to go inside only our food was obviously dying in the window just sitting there while our server was outside, right next to where I was sitting waiting for the food, talking to two other customers for the whole 20 minutes I waited! 1 whole hour for food that, at home, would have taken a third of the time! The food, when we got home to eat it, was lukewarm (we live 2 minutes away) and disgusting! Chicken was burnt, caramelized onions were old and overcooked and my spouse didn't even get the sandwich he wanted! We've gone during the week and had gotten good service and quick delicious food. This was a dysfunctional restaurant on one of their...

We went around 2 on a Sunday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait to be seated, no problem. Our waitress quickly came over to our table and took our order but then informed us they were out of fries. One of the main reasons we had went was bc we were in the mood for fries. She assured us that this never happens, so, lucky us. Anyways our food comes out and we literally never get a refill. I don't think it's our servers fault as she seemed to be the only one running around actually trying to wait tables. She may have been waiting tables outside and since we were inside, sitting near the front, she rarely ever came to our area, probably due to poor hosting. Which brings me to my next peeve, There were two hostesses...most the time just standing at the host stand doing nothing or on their phone. They seemed to follow each other everywhere. Not sure why there is a need for two. It was just frustrating having our glasses completely empty and seeing everyone walk by our table. The table near us also never received refills. There were multiple employees there that just did not ever look our way or walk near. One of the waitresses was eating food in the kitchen while waiting for an order. Not a big deal, but you kind of have an open kitchen and a lot of people don't like to see that type of stuff. We needed to leave so I had to flag down an employee that was just leaning on a door frame. I politely asked if we could get our check and thanked him for taking our card and paying our tab. He didn't really seem to care and there were no apologies. I'm sure this was an isolated experience and I want to believe this is a great place to stop for food but my experience will not have me...

I was excited to check this place out but my experience didn't turn out so good. Had a group of 5. After all the food came out mine was no where to be found. I said to myself no prob it will be up soon ( I ordered the pulled pork sand). After waiting about 5 min I started to think it wasn't coming. Now if I could only find the waiter who was nowhere to be found I could ask. After everyone is pretty much done eating he comes out to refill drinks and I ask where my food was. Another couple minutes go by and I receive my sandwich. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor so I drowned it in the house BBQ sauce ( sauce was good ), The potato salad wasn't good ( I guess if you like a lot of big chunks of celery it might be better). The mac and cheese was way over cooked and dry. The sweet tea was good. This place had a really nice backyard area with corn hole and a bar and some games but one problem is they only have one bathroom for the entire place. Once you go to the bathroom you end up waiting a long time then once your in someone is constantly trying to open the door. I would give this place another try, maybe they were having an off day. I'm sure if we had a more caring waiter and some more flavorful BBQ I would have enjoyed the experience aside from the bathroom ( not really a big deal ). I would really like to check out the bar out back and play some corn hole and they did have a large...
