If you have ear plugs, it’s not bad. Without earplugs, this would be like an enhanced interrogation room. The coffee ain’t bad but I’m going to put in a different more insulating set of earplugs… I think they blast this wretched excuse for “music” or whatever it is supposed to be to keep people away. I would feel more comfortable eating this food in a church during a funeral. Maybe I can just go somewhere else next time to spend my hard earned money. Or I could just ask them to turn down the music, then again it’s not up to me how they run their business as there are plenty of other options available already. Sounds like work, I always tip but this time, luckily I brought some reading material as I went though several pages waiting for service. They really don’t want humans in the dining area and it’s unfortunate because it’s empty except for me. Oh, that’s why! Good job at being terrible, that’s something at least. Everyone goes through the drive through for the wrong reasons here....

I just ran through the drive thru to get two coffees and a dozen donuts. Ordering the coffee was fine and then I said I wanted a dozen donuts. The guy said something to me, but I genuinely couldn’t understand a word he said. I said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that.” He repeated it again and I still couldn’t understand. I again, apologized and asked him to repeat. He replied in a really annoyed voice, “What kind of donuts do you want?” When I pulled around he opened the window and proceeded to make fun of me to the other people working, while I sat there hearing everything. I was previously in restaurant management for five years and am currently a customer service representative for a bank, I work with customers 40+ hours a week. Went this morning, waited forever inside, which I understand because of under staffing. I finally had to do a mobile order just to get my order in since no one would help me. Once I got my drink, I asked to make sure that it was a Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte and she assured me it was. The first sip, I almost spit out, but I was already at work so nothing I can do about it now. There is only coffee and milk in this drink, with whipped cream on top. This happens about every 2 to 3 times I come to this one. PLEASE start paying attention to the flavor on the order. It really sucks when you are looking forward to your coffee, only to taste it and not be able to drink it after you have already gotten to work. When they do get it right, the drinks are fantastic, but it seems to be wrong more times than not...
