Absolute Garbage! It started at the drive through I ordered a deep dish pep and crazy bread total comes to 17 and change, employee says it will be about 10 minutes pull to the front. As I waited in the front about 2 minutes ago by and a different employee runs the wrong order to us called him back and he apologized it will be another minute, so I proceeded to follow him inside that's when I realized the 17 and change was admission for the circus happening inside the store. Four separate times employees walked out with pizza and came back with the same pizzas clearly they can't keep track of what orders are for what vehicles completely incompetent. Then as I stood there at 20 minutes of waiting watched the employee who took my order proceed to pull my pizza out try to get it out of the pan and drop it, somehow saving half of it proceeds to ask another employee what to do instead of just making a new pizza for me boxed half a dropped pizza and cook another half. As I stood waiting for my other half of the pizza to cook I witnessed another employee grab a stack of pizza pans that he clearly wasn't strong enough to carry drop the whole stack on the floor then took the to the back to cook with blatant cross contamination. When I opened the box in store the pizza was all sauce no cheese except the portion in the box from kid dropping the first pizza. Asked for my money back didn't get any apology from staff and the woman who I'm assuming is the manager said it's only his second day which is not an excuse and made her look terrible as she is supposed to be training these clowns. Oh when I went to another ceasers not only was the pizza only 14 even it was actually prepared and made correctly. This establishment and it's clown employees need to be shut down. I hope they get a surprise inspection that shuts them...
Read moreAn hour and a half for two pizzas and bread sticks. After our order said it was ready in the app I went inside to pick it up....some guy opens up one pizza and starts cussing in front of my daughter and says it has to be remade it has sat too long...I asked how much longer it would take to make our pizza and the guy said 8mins....20mims later they send this poor kid out who trips coming through the door drops ranch cup on the ground and asked if we wanted another one....at this point I opened up the pizza and realized it wasn't correct. Poor kid didn't know what to do and I asked for a refund and to speak to the manager...he looks around and says well I doubt he can come out we're pretty busy....I said please just ask him. At this point two other employees come out, one stands beside our car eating pizza and drooling on his shirt laughing...my daughter was genuinely concerned he was having a medical issue, but he was trying to be funny. The poor kid helping us comes back out and tells me the manager can't come out, but that he would refund our money and it would be in our account tonight which is not how it works. I even apologized to the kid that was trying his best and told him I was sorry for my frustrations...he didn't say sorry back whatsoever, just acted like it was my fault. I hope the DM can pull footage and provide some training, we will never be back to this location. And to the kid who drooled all over himself while making fun of the situation, I hope you at least changed your shirt before going back in to make...
Read moreEveryone knows Little Ceasars can be an excellent way to put decent tasting, hot food in the fam's stomachs at the last second and at a moments notice when life seems to demand more hours than there are in a day. And that's awesome. No one expects a gourmet, authentic Italian experience from these fantastic folks and we have known that since we started visiting their in-store K-Mart location on Brevard Rd. 30 years ago. All of that being said, my criticism of this establishment is intended for and almost certainly owed exclusively to the corporation as a whole, NOT this specific location: The formerly delectable and long-time staple of the franchise is the (again FORMERLY) glorious $5 Origional Peperoni.... No, it's no longer $5; and no, it's no longer glorious. Infact, as much as it pains me to say it due to my previous reverence for the item, it's often not worth considering any longer. LONG STORY SHORT: Like most everything else these days, it's more expensive and smaller/crappier than expected. It's a sad state of affairs that saturates every corner of every market and it makes me sad for the kids missing out on what used to be amazing Middle-Class American traditions. To Summarize:
Little Ceasars, it's not you (totally), it's US as a nation that are getting crappier and you are, expectedly, following the unfortunate trend.
Be smart. Be better. Out of principal, not economic pressure. If you fail you will fail with your pride and your legacy.
We love you.
