McDonald's — Restaurant in Asheville

Hello I am a fellow door Dasher I came into the store at approximately 9:30 p.m. tonight to pick up a DoorDash All I know is and I'm not being racist it was some black lady there and as soon as I walk in she's complaining about doordash people and they won't stop coming in and she just complaining and then she ignores me for a solid 3 minutes and then there's this nice young man that comes inside and he's like hey have they helped you and I was like no and then he got me my order and then I was like great there's two bags he's like yeah and I'm awesome are they the same order and he's like yeah dude I was awesome thanks and then she's like yeah quit asking the same question and then I was leaving and she was like people need to learn how to do their job so that made me really upset and I am going to be calling corporate about that because I know that corporate will look into that so maybe people need to learn to be nicer instead of just judging everyone because...

Today my family and I came to this McDonalds as we are pretty frequent customers to the fast food chain and even previous employees of the chain; so we definitely understand the McDonalds standards and policies. We immediately noticed the amount of dirty tables in the lobby and had to clean a table ourselves to have somewhere to sit. After placing our order and a lengthy wait we received our food. All seemed well until my fiancé opened his second burger to find there had already been a bite taken out of it. We were shocked and he immediately brought it to the employee at the front counter; and her response was “ omg someone else deal with this” we were then met by the manager who insisted on remaking the burger at which point I demanded a refund. Chick working the drive through with black hair and glasses tried to act like I was trying to steal food. They didn’t give me everything I ordered I had to drive back for them to fix it and I was pretty embarrassed when she was acting like she knew what was in the bag she gave me and basically saying I was a lying. She obviously didn’t know because she had forgotten half my order…… she was going out of her way to make it Seem like I wasn’t telling the truth.I was so embarrassed I just left. I usually use the mobile app but didn’t this time and I really regret it because I did not ask for my receipt when paying. The woman with short red hair is absolutely wonderful I must say. She was very kind to me at the window and seemed to care but the girl with the glasses just seemed like she was on a power trip over a burger...
