Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Asheville

I just went through Sonic Drive In on Charlotte Hwy in Asheville, NC. I recieved the worst customer service that i have ever received in my life. I worked in restaurants for half my life so i dont judge too harshly but this was bad! The woman who took my order was impatient and rude but i blew that off bc I was undecided. When I pulled up to the window and learned the 2 burgers that i had ordered for my son had lettuce and tomatoe on it, I requested they leave it off. I heard a wonan yell from the back "why the hell didnt she tell me that when she ordered". At this point I am angry so i asked the gentlemen at the window for her name and the contact information of the manager. He refused to give me her name or any contact information for the manager. I was absolutely appalled by the behavior of the emplyees at this Sonic! I will never give Sonic my business again and I urge others to think twice before visiting the Sonic on Charlotte...

I was so happy when this Sonic reopened!!! We have nothing as far as hamburger places-fast food places go in this area of Asheville for some reason. I have no idea why? Anyway, why in the world do you close so early?? I was so looking forward to a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger and here it was early in the evening and it was already closed. I guess this location is for lunch only. I'm very disappointed and will just go to bed hungry. After spending all this time and enthusiasm with them reopening, then I wonder what was the point. They may have just remained closed and abandoned. The first time I went there after they reopened I was supposed to get a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger and instead got what amounted to something similar to a McDonald's regular small double...

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger deluxe meal and this is what I was given. I even mentioned no pickles or mustard and as seen there is both these things here. My fries and mozzarella sticks were also both cold and this burger was completely not what I ordered and as seen it has bugs on it. This restaurant is unsanitary and gross and can’t seem to get orders right. I had to close my office and go back here to ask for it to be done right and when brought back I was only offered the burger, and the bacon on it was under cooked and flappy. Like what the heck is going on with this place. Someone needs to fix this. Someone can get sick and going to have many pissed off customers and get shut down by...
