What was wrong - three meals ordered, two delivered. Food low quality and tasted bad. Took a long time. Somehow you were out of Coca Cola.

What you can do - pay your staff more, train them better. Keep products in stock. Include a quality check before sending food out to customer.

Huge disappointment.

Our order was messed up, both in the human error and food quality department. We ordered three meals, got two. Did they charge us the correct amount? Not sure, we weren't given or offered a receipt. Portions were measly, quality was low.

This particular location seemed gravely understaffed - was it one person taking the orders, preparing the food and running it out to the customers? Corporate, take care of this location or close it.

Next time we are in the mood for fast food, we will stick to one of the more familiar locations or any place that can serve food predictably in a...

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, a Club Sandwich meal and a chicken fingerz with wings.. was told to pull up and wait, no big deal. We waited 20 minutes and watched food being carried outside to other cars that came after us. Went inside to inquire about our food, and both females working the front seemed confused about our order. I was told by a female in a green jacket that our food hadnt been made yet, but after she delivered 3 bags outside, she then found our order that wasnt bagged and asked the line to remake it. No apology, no "I'm sorry can you wait a few more minutes". So after waiting another 10 minutes she finally bagged our order and handed it to me, again with no apology or even a 'thank you for waiting'. Pretty embarrassed by the customer service here, especially the female bagging food at the front. I understand its fast food and all, but the least you can do is be cordial and attempt to convey good customer service. Total time we waited was over 30 minutes. Will...

Zaxby's has really good chicken and it's clean and easy to get to... Bla, Bla, Bla.... What Zaxby's offers Right Now is a place to sit down and eat... INSIDE! I am so tired of eating in my vehicle that when I go somewhere to eat, if they don't offer inside dining, I go spend my money somewhere else. It's a Pandemic... I get it... But if the management of a fast food restaurant, casual dining restaurant, Cafe or coffee shop isn't willing to make the adjustments necessary to provide safe, socially distanced seating which would allow his wait staff to work... I'll find a place that will, spend my money there and generously tip their wait staff. Yes... I want to support the local independent restaurants...
