Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Ashland

The food is good, but the service is beyond terrible. I ordered a large pizza and a sub and it took 2 hours for them to deliver it even though I'm only a few minutes away. When I didn't tip the driver you would have thought I had insulted his mother based on his response. I tried to order from them again to be fair, but when I asked about specials the guy treated me like I was an elementary special needs child. When I asked about a specific special he just ignored me and repeated the whole thing over again like I was mentally retarded. Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s works but not with this location.

This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.

Tonight We ordered a pizza tonight from here ! Normally it’s our favorite pizza place it’s close to home, and they are always so friendly!!!! but sadly tonight it wasn’t really that great!!! :( the dough wasn’t fully done it was kinda soft and doughy ... the sauce was very runny and not even that much on the pizza.
