Would bypass this store and find another. Done a trade in on iPhone 14 for iPhone 16 had to pay off my 14 which was $350 and then I had too much data on my phone and it was going to take 3 hrs to transfer. They told me to take the phone and when things transferred bring back the old one. They told me they could trade in any condition and the back of my old phone was cracked and coming apart. I went to return the phone and had to sit and wait for a few until someone came available to help me. Then a store rep came in from outside and asked to help me. I told her I needed to return my trade in and she took it and looked at it and said “ we can’t take this phone the battery is swollen and I’m not paying the $800 for the battery .” I was a little upset and walked out to car and pulled the back up and looked and the battery wasn’t swollen, it’s flat. . I went back in and showed them and then they told me it smelled like ozone I’m not sure how they know what ozone smells like. I then left the store due to them refusing to take it. I contacted the store and talked to someone a few days later and they gave me the store manager number who promised to get back with me the next day and never did. So, I contacted him and he gave me run around also. I was told by him “ Hey, I have been looking into it. I'd have to have it here to see. I can't tell from the photos. The easiest might be to trade it in on the app though.” So, as I am hoping for resolve by the store manager, yet again get the run around. I was stuck with a old phone they refused to accept. It was same condition as when I got my new phone. I was worried I would have to pay the $1,000 it was supposed to save me trading it in. Long story short, I contacted Verizon corporate and they’re making it right. Just beware of this store and their games. Read moreNot happy with this location, I own a small small company and one at this branch talked someone through getting phones using my companies name and credit, and till the last visit I was treated like nothing they done which was walking someone through how to do it without any proof knowing they weren’t on anything they should have been owning my company or any permissions proven required to be able to do any of it, they acted like they didn’t care enough or like there wasn’t anything I could to do them for doin what they obviously knowingly did, each conversation was meet with rude didn’t care about it attitudes, they act like I’m not a 400$ a month paying customer for years with my personal family phones account, I just haven’t had the right time and a few other things to go to another but when I finally get this all taken care of i I will leave Verizon, My companies credit is hit every month for the bad over all this, can’t even get a straight answer from them because I don’t have a code that the person who was committing fraud made up, it’s looking like 1 year of my company being negatively effected which effects my everyday life, I even asked if they thought a lawyer would help me or if a lawyer would be a better way since they could do anything at all for me, they told me if I asked that question again I would never get anything from them over all this, this person walked in 1 year after I did only they wouldn’t let me get a business account even with all my info that the fraudulent account was...
