The most horrendous experience! Starting from an over excessive wait time in line to them holding my debit card that an employee failed to return to me in the drive through in THEIR safe and not sending it to me. This incident took place on June 21 and I have yet to receive the card. When I called the manager I spoke with stated “she’ll see what she can do”. I stopped here passing through while traveling and I wish I would’ve have chosen any of the other 10 restaurants on this exit opposed to this one. I have written corporate TWICE, called and been hung up on, and most of all, still not received my card. I just called back AGAIN and manager was busy, however, the young lady indicated on the phone that they do not send out debit cards because of liability issues ((understandable))!! BUT WHY did the manager fail to disclose this?? Why exactly would you have me expecting something that I would or better yet have YET to receive. This is definitely not the reputable chic fil a that I have encountered over the years. ABSOLUTELY unethical, unprofessional, and...
Read moreOnce upon a midnight dreary, I ventured forth, weak and weary In search of sustenance, I chanced upon a Chick-fil-A store Their sign beckoned, promising tasty fare So I stepped inside, eager to partake and adore
The scent of fried chicken filled the air As I perused their menu with a curious stare Their waffle fries, a golden delight And their sandwiches, a savory sight
But as I waited in line, a feeling grew Of unease and discomfort, a feeling anew For the workers there, they wore such bright smiles But their policies, they left me in denial
For Chick-fil-A, they proudly proclaimed Their views on certain issues, for which they were famed Their stance, it left me feeling quite vexed And so my appetite, it became quite perplexed
For though the food, it looked quite fine I could not ignore this gnawing of mine And so I left that Chick-fil-A store My hunger unsated, but my conscience at war
In conclusion, though their food may please Their policies, they left me ill at ease And so I bid adieu to Chick-fil-A Until a time when their beliefs do not...
Read moreThere are plenty of great restaurants in the Ashland area—this just isn’t one of them. I gave it a fair shot, trying both breakfast and lunch, but eventually gave up. I honestly have no idea what people see in this place. For the first time in my life, I had to throw away a $3 cup of coffee because it was burnt beyond repair—and I love coffee. I’ll drink it cold, old, or halfway evaporated—but this was undrinkable.
The service? Easily the worst I’ve encountered in recent memory. The kids behind the counter acted like middle school bullies playing restaurant. Not only were they rude to me, but I watched them mock and dismiss a delivery driver right in front of customers—as if she was beneath them, like some kind of pest interrupting their little social hour. It was nasty, degrading, and completely unacceptable. I don’t support places that treat hard-working people like garbage.
To be fair, the bathroom and dining area were reasonably clean… but that’s about the only nice...
