I have gotten take-out from here a couple times and was still making up my mind on it when I unfortunately had an unpleasant service experience (due to the management, not the cashier or service staff) that will sour my perception of the place if or when I return again. The food itself is fine or pretty good - I like the hot basil rice as a vegetarian option especially.
The long annoying story: I ordered takeout in person, then went to the grocery store and came back. There were a couple other people ordering, so the regular cashier who had taken my order was busy. One of the management/owners was there too saw me and asked if that was my order; it was. Then tried to explain to me, in an accusatory tone, the different prices for lunch and dinner. I had made no objection to anything about their prices and had already paid cash when placing the order. At first I thought they were saying I'd been charged the wrong price so I sort of waited for him to get to the point. After him leading me over to the wall menu and pointing at the price, I brought out my receipt and showed him the same price that I'd already paid. (This is where he was especially condescending and insulting: Because the receipt itemized the base curry order and the $3 added protein, I mentioned both items as a way of AGREEING the price I had already paid was the sum he was pointing at on the menu, but he interpreted this as some sort of challenge to his still-unclear point and asked me "okay, what do you get when you add those numbers together." I don't need you to check that I can add 3 to a number, dude. Just say "right, 21 total" or whatever.) I told him, multiple times, "I have no objection to the price", "there's no problem here, why are you bringing this up." Eventually he told me "you said price was 'illegal'", I said I didn't say anything like that, and he STILL kept going.
Finally he slowed down enough to actually listen to me telling him I didn't express any problem with the price, he went back to the cashier who immediately told him "no, that was a different guy, I already talked to him about it and we worked it out."
So. There was some other customer who had an issue with the lunch vs dinner prices. There was a communication issue where he thought it was me. And that's all fine, until you ignore your customer because you're dead-set on giving a lecture/rant and won't possibly consider you're the one mixed up.
From the way he talked to his cashier, I doubt he treats his staff very well either. He was clearly worked up about the whole thing, so a good start to conduct yourself better is CHILL OUT - for god's sake it was a misunderstanding about $3 or something. Even if I had been the one complaining, his condescending and aggressive behavior still would've been inappropriate. If you're not capable or willing to communicate clearly and calmly about these little things, I recommend you let your staff do their jobs; the cashier seemed to have everything handled just fine until the other guy got involved. (People like this often decide to blame the staff for their own behavior; I hope that doesn't happen here.)
I was tempted to give this two stars, but ultimately the food is okay and most people there seem competent. Just a frustrating...

Stay away from this place. Repeatedly I have gone and have had to wait 40+ minutes for take out, when always quoted 10-20 minutes.
Thursday eve. 8/10/17 you said 20 min and I waited an hour and 20 minutes.
There were five other people waiting, two complaining that they had been there in hour. Little did I know that I would be in that group as well.
Forced me to wait for food I lost interest in. WTG Kra Kru Krap.
At the hour mark I asked her what the holdup was, she said it was the main item. I told her to cancel it and bring me the rest. She brought me the bag, slammed it down, said everything was in it, and no refund, no sorry, nothing. What a fail.
I took to yelp with my complaints and received a threat from the owner Nepat P below, who obviously looked up my name via cash register/credit card receipt. (removed for privacy purposes)
"Dude YELP is for food reviews not for Stupid decoration complaints it's for food if you don't like it so much don't order and plus if the wait was long then too bad that's life man and other people waited for food not just you You know what Justin Kxxxxx you really need to work on your grammar and I dare you to come back to Krua Khun Yah I dare you"
Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Not worth the headache. Its not surprising that nobody...

Updated after the owners response: We were a party of two people. I have paid my share of tip appropriately. You make it sound as if we have created a mess while we were over there. We didn’t “demand” a lunch menu. We just asked if there was one. We dined in to have a good time on Christmas. We had ordered a fried rice no egg but to add basil. The waitress said that would be an additional $2. We didn’t even argue or say anything to her. Like I have mentioned previously, the food was average. Nothing fancy. Infact just way too greasy. I’d suggest you pay attention to your pricing and the food quality rather than replying only to critical reviews. Also just by reading other reviews, the “demanding” additional tipping situation seems to be normal.

Just heard from the other party who was with me that the restaurant has directly texted them on their mobile phone the same response. Dear owner of this restaurant, can you please stop contacting us or send direct...
