If they make your food right, there's a good chance it will be a good meal. However, they very frequently give incorrect orders. I live close by and I frequently order them for lunch. This week I have ordered from them three times. The first order was wrong, we were very busy thay day, we ate the not so great salads and just let it go without calling them. The second order was correct. The third order, I once again got the wrong salad. While ordering I specified what I wanted several times, with the employee repeating it back to me more than once. When I got the wrong salad without feta cheese, I called back and asked if they would credit me a salad for tomorrow (I spent roughly $60 dollars on their salads this week, 3/4 were incorrect) they said they won't give me one, but are willing to credit me ONE DOLLAR. I'm insulted as a customer who orders from them multiple times a week that they will not credit me for a SALAD. Its not about the money either. I will most definitely not be returning, not because of the quality of their food, but because of their lack of customer service, and their extremely frequent...

Ordered a hot roast beef sandwich and when I got home I discovered that it was never heated. Called to complain about the order and the person who answered the phone decided to argue with me claiming that I didn't order it correctly and that I needed to ask for it toasted if I wanted it hot. I pointed out that the order clearly says "Lg Roast Beef Hot Sub". At first, she refused to refund my money until I threatened to chargeback the entire order.

So usually when I'm ordering take out or delivery is because I get home late and didn't have time to prepare dinner or anything. Now these guys close at 9:00pm which to me is a little early for a pizza place to close but to each his own right. I called them tonight exactly at 8:30pm and whoever picked up on the other end yelled "hello" a couple of times and hung up the phone.
