Lucky Dragon in Ashland, NH? More like Very Lucky Me.
The service was top-tier, the kid that was handing out there doing his homework, was hilarious, polite, and casually mentioned the place might be haunted. 10/10 for entertainment value and ghostly ambiance. Nothing spices up dinner like the possibility of a friendly spirit delivering your egg rolls.
Speaking of those egg rolls, delicious. Didn’t taste like diapers, trash, or regret. Just crispy, flavorful perfection. The sweet and sour chicken was cooked so well it should be in a museum. The shrimp lo mein? Fabulous. The Szechuan shrimp? Absolute perfection, the kind of dish that makes you question your loyalty to all other shrimp.
The orange chicken was crispy, tangy, and everything your taste buds wish for when you’re pretending to “just have a bite.” Huge portions, too. You’ll swear they’re feeding a family of six even if you showed up solo.
The rice was fluffy and didn’t have that “someone forgot to clean the wok for three weeks” flavor. The oil was fresh, the air smelled good (which, let’s be honest, is rare for takeout joints), and the whole place had this clean, welcoming vibe, ghosts and all.

Read moreI have gone here multiple times over the past year and have not had one single bad experience. I have tried multiple different entrees, even ones that I wouldn't normally take the risk on. But because everything has tasted so good, I've gone out and tried new things that I've absolutely loved!!. The chicken and string beans is delicious. The Hunan chicken flavorful with all fresh vegetables. They're egg rolls are the best I've ever had. Their chicken fingers are absolutely delicious. Barbecue ribs, delicious. Sesame chicken was delicious. All the vegetables are fresh and crisp and not overcooked. The broccoli is actually green and not mush. I don't know how anyone has left a bad review, because I'm really picky when it comes to Chinese food and I have been thrilled with everything I've had. Their combo meals are awesome because you can get a taste of appetizer your rice and an entree and they're so affordable and gives me at least two days worth of food. Overlook this negative reviews. They are obviously from haters. The only reason I'm leaving a review is cuz I'm always so happy full when I get their food and then I get to look forward to leftovers the next day. Everyone there is nice and even better there now open...
Read moreThey were not to bad. Sorry, but we are from RI originally. So we had a variety of Chinese Food Restaurants to eat at and we had places that we liked and places we didn't. That said we did like most of what we experienced they don't have those big volcano drinks that you can share.but the food was mostly good. We had the pupu platter for 2. There was enough left over, that we had enough to have it for supper tonight and the only problem was the sauces.they didn't have brown gravy. I had asked for the gravy they use for egg foo young, and it was some thick sauce that was kind of salty. And the duck sauce or sweet sauce what ever you want to call it was a little bland. But the food was good, well the meat and crab Rangoon's. The pork fried rice needed to have more stuff in it as well. Bonless chickin was good. Fried wings were delicious, the bonless pork excellent, the beef Teriacky (sp) was so tasty and tender we are probably going to...
