House of Pizza — Restaurant in Ashland

I have always done take out from this place, and I have never had an issue with the food. Every meal has been as close to perfect as anyone can make it, and within a reasonable time without sacrificing quality.

Pete is one of, if not the, hardest working man in the food service industry that I know. So when Covid hit and he put the health of his employees and customers first, to the point that he now runs a one-man show, I can understand a little extra time needed and an increase in cost.

If you want, what I consider (bias on display) the best pizza in the Plymouth-Ashland area (if not NH), order from here and be considerate that it's one person doing all of the work.

I used to order from here all the time and food was decently good but I got a calzone from this place and it tasted strange and come to find out it was made from pizza and the owner claims he always makes it that way but that's not true cause I have had their calzones multiple times and it has never came out like that. But after speaking with the owner he told me if i don't like his cooking then don't order from him again. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but was not great. Place smelled like the food is amazing , I was gonna order and eat in because I had 4 other people with me, but walked in to mask signs everywhere, dining room closed, and place had stuff piled everywhere and it’s take out only. Have to also wear those stupid masks in there. No thanks. Went someplace else. Might give another try if they clean up and open the dining room and get rid of masks.
