If I could zero stars I would. First we put in our order, then the manager comes over about 25 minutes later to tell us our ticket got lost but they are making our food. Then about 10 minutes later he brings the food out and says “sorry for the scare your ticket wasn’t lost, all the food was made and sitting there but we didn’t know where it went.” And since our food was just sitting there it was cold, my daughters Mac and cheese was coagulated from sitting for so long. It was late, we were starving, I didn’t want to deal with sending it back and more time just sitting there so we all ate. We ask the waitress for the check and our kids cookies because they never got them. She leaves and is gone for a while, comes back to our table and says “oh my gosh I forgot the cookies, is there anything else I can get you?” We say yeah the check. We just wanted to leave we had our coats on, our kids were falling asleep in the booth. She finally brings the check back, then we had to wait AGAIN just to pay at the register. No apology, nothing. They knowingly served us food that had been sitting too long and then forgot about us, not worth $45. I also don’t need the copy and pasted response from the owner of “we take your complaints seriously and will relay this information to the team…blah blah blah.” That I have seen on every other 1 star review of this place. We loved coming here and it’s just going downhill. We will not be returning. Oh and while we were sitting there the waitress was loudly announcing to the whole front of the dining room that another table was complaining that “their food looked nasty, tasted nasty and was hard and cold.” And 2 more people had sent there food back as well while we were there. So it sounds like a...
Read moreWhen I arrived, I was with two other people, and we were immediately seated. The noise level was low, so we could easily hear each other. There were plenty of seats available. We were waited on, and waiting for food was reasonable. The food selection had breakfast, lunch, and dinner fully covered. You could easily have partied with 1-8 people. There were 4-tops, so you might need to sit at two tables. There were foods suitable for families and a business breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Before I left, I used the restroom. They had two family restrooms. The restroom was reasonably clean.
I was there for dinner, and my only issue was paying the bill. I went up to the register, and no one was there. I waited five minutes and another couple of minutes for their bill. I went to my waitress, who said she would check me out in a minute. She came over, and the other couple asked for their bill. I was checked out. They did not have a dedicated cashier, so the wait staff would check you out. I recommend that when you leave, make sure the person waiting for you knows you are ready...
Read moreSo I just want to give people a heads up on this place. Your food is being prepared by kitchen staff that don't wear gloves or wash their hands. You even have people that don't work in the kitchen coming in, putting bacon or sausage on your plate with bare dirty hands. You have managers wiping sweat off their bare forehead and then continue to prepare the food that is being served to customers. The 3 managers all know this is going on and doesn't care. So people, please encourage your families to go and eat somewhere that will not give them food poisoning. I have worked in food service for many years, and I wouldn't allow anyone I know to ever eat here. You have been warned, so don't cry when your family gets sick because you have been warned by someone who cares about others. Older generation and kids are affected the worst by this type of poor...
