Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ashland

ordered a pan pizza with light sauce onions green peppers mushrooms sausage and jalapenos, i get home with a white sauce pizza right toppings wrong sauce. i called back a few hundred times between finding out it was made wrong and close, the phone was busy, called back this morning to get it corrected, the phone is still busy. its next to the rite aid pharmacy, which is why i was even in the lot last night, so since i had to go back to the pharmacy i took the mistake pizza back, waited for the store to open as it was before 11 am when i arrived. the woman working said she was the manager refused to fix this mistake, since she didn't work last night she couldn't do anything........ o.k. you are the manager, yes you can do something FIX IT,. i managed a competitors pizza store for 6 years and several others over the years. managers don;t lose customers they fix the problem, that goes for general managers, assistant managers or shift leaders depending on who is in charge of a given shift. this girl fixed the problem, i wont be ordering anymore pzza from pizza hut period. i know i can go right across the street and get a less quality pizza that if a mistake is made on, will be corrected...

I have spent alot of money here on such big orders on fight nights the driver thought the order was bogus then last night I order they take my money an never bring my food the first time ever they offered to give me my food today without a refund or discount or anything to keep me as a customer they do not care nor value us or you as a customer don't order from here us they use doordash now as delivery not an actual worker so your food sits there with employees that could bring but they choose to make you wait or just dont bring it an just offer it the next day with no incentive just we gonna give you what you ordered last night an wanted last night like they are doing you a favor seriously if Connie the so called manager would even offerd like free cheesesticks I wouldn't of taken them the gesture is what would of mattered to me instead she will hang up on you so DONT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL GET TAKEN FOR YOUR CASH AN GO HUNGRY I WENT TO BED WITHOUT DINNER LAST NIGHT...

This place does not do the “extra” ingredients at all. Not worth paying for the extra since you don’t get it. They also do not know how to cut anything. The cheese and bread sticks are rarely ever cut. You might see a line, but you can’t pull them apart.

Never place an order by phone or app for wings. I always get garlic Parmesan and other people have ordered different flavors and they never dress the wings with what you want. They have always been just pieces of fried chicken basically. Dined in before Covid and had the same issue. Why offer the flavors if they aren’t going to use them?

If you use the drive thru, prepare to wait 10-20 minutes. They should be having people go back through the drive thru if their food isn’t ready or have them pull into the marked spots designated...
