Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ashland

The crew in the mornings are the most unfriendly restaurant staff I have ever seen. When pulling up to order, I politely said “just one second”. She says something along the lines of “order when you’re ready”. No more than 5 seconds go by and she says “uh can I help you with something?” So being rushed, we proceed to order. After EVERY item, she says quickly, “is that it? Is that it?”, even after I said I have a few more items. Another day, I went before work and ordered 2 avocado toasts. They were both so burnt they were black and had a big lump of guacamole in the center. It wasn’t spread hardly at all on both of them. Every time I go here or order from door dash, the food is always sloppy and rushed. Today, I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. They know who I am and I always get my bagels toasted. The bagel was quickly handed to me not toasted with cream cheese slopped in a big heap. It’s convenient for some because they are very quick, but it’s so quick that the results are sloppy and uncalled for. I will be going to the store on Winchester...

I am not sure how this location can be so completely different than every other Tim Hortons I have ever visited. The coffee tastes burnt and is absolutely undrinkable. I guess I am a glutton for punishment because I keep going back in hopes that it will be different this time because it used to be as good as all the others. But consistently they disappoint. Please don't waste your time or money at this location. It is well worth the few minutes out of your way to go to the other location on Winchester Ave. They never disappoint. Usually im not one to leave reviwes but ive wasted so much money here over the years. Ordered donuts. Specified my kids would only eat a select 3. She told me they were out of chocolate dipped, which was fine I told her just to give me the other 2 types & she assured me they had them. Get home to realized we received everything but the ones my children would eat. I ordered 3 biscuits, all of which were made incorrectly. I had a full conversations with with the employee about it and still nothing in my order correctly. When I called in, a boy answered & was rude.
