The coffee was great and those little beans are the best. The issue I had on my last visit was with an employee. My total was 12$ for 3 drinks I only had a 100$ bill. When I received my change I always separate my ones then noticed there was no ones. I counted it and she gave me back 80$. No big deal everybody makes mistakes so I informed her. She changed from being sweet to very rude and sounded like she thought I was lying. I noticed the big camera screen so I told her to go watch the camera I was 8$ short and watch the footage and see she only gave me 4 20$ bills and nothing else. She said she would then immediately came back with the money then forgot my other drink so I told her and she was rude again. After the way she acted idk if it was intentional or she was embarrassed or she just didn’t believe it. Either way it made me want to continue my business at Starbucks. If I was gonna lie I would tell them it was more than 8$ (which I would never do) Besides that I would’ve gladly waited till she watched the video or count the register. I know you can’t believe everyone who says they were shorted but until she was sure she definitely shouldn’t have acted so rude and basically call me a liar. Tried it for the first time today and will definately be back. The frozen coffee drink has a good coffee flavor unlike other shops. The service was great and the building looked cool. Glad to have them in our neighborhood. Drive through only

Been a big fan since they opened but got a couple of granitas today and they were different than normal. Not much coffee flavor and no syrup on the sides as usual. Just bland. I hope they haven't changed the recipe or we get different drinks based on who makes them. Hopefully they will get back to the originals.

Went through the drive thru and got two lemonades. I asked if they had any and they said yes. Service was great. I had just finished with my church's food pantry and my son and I were tired and thirsty. We paid and left. Our drinks looked like water but I had never had a non coffee drink there.
