Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ashtabula

I was super excited to see pretzel crust pizzas back, so we drove up from conneaut to grab dinner. I specified that i was looking for the original, with the cheese sauce, and PLAIN. I made the point of NOT wanting pepperoni. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! BONUS POINTS That they were so cheerfully willing to sell us a side of black olives to rescue the absurd nachos scam happening next door. The problem is, when we arrived home to settle in and eat, my plain pretzel pie was covered in pepperoni. That's a pretty strong flavor, even if I remove them and flip them to the dog. Also, it's a flavor I did not want nor ask for. I know mistakes happen, but i figured if i have to sit here hungry & distressed after driving all of the way to there to waste my money, someone up there should maybe know about it. We also watched 3 of your employees handling things like personal (germs!🤮) cell phones in between dipping their hands into ingredients to make food, and not a one had gloves on. Again, the service was top notch, but why would we return for inaccurate orders made in unsanitary conditions?...

Is there anybody on here that knows the main manager of the little ceasers in ashtabula? looking to speak with someone who isn’t 16 years old. just had the worst experience at this establishment AND the worst customer service. They have 12 different people working there at the same time that are doing everything BUT their jobs. apparently you can’t order a pizza ahead of time because i ordered, arrived 10 minutes later, they told me they didn’t even know what i ordered and never put it in, asked what i ordered and then walked away. i walked out to sit in my car for about 10 minutes because i wasn’t given a wait time. i went back in to get my food, they gave me half of the order. so i asked “did you get the rest of what i ordered” she said “yes.” i said “ is there any wait time you could give me?” she proceeded to fiddle around not saying anything for about 30 seconds, so i told her id make it easier on her and to just cancel it and walked out. i know damn well those 12 workers are being paid between $14-16 an hour to waste peoples time. at this point shut it down it would save them a...

We order here every once in awhile it’s pizza we don’t get often so it’s different flavor. However, the last two times we have ordered it for delivery (DoorDash delivers it) but we order thru little ceasers site. The first time no mushrooms, onions on half we get the pizza a.cold b.with onions on all and mushrooms on all. We call and they acted like it was Fault. This last time very very simple (enough to not call about) stuffed crust, extra cheese pepperoni on half, 3 garlic sauces and 2 marinara sauces. What we got pepperoni on all, 2 garlic sauces, 1 marinara. Read the order and your customers would be happy. I didn’t call because what you’re going to give me my sauces next time? Sorry I’m not trying again, IF we order again I guess I have to pick it up and check it right in front of the workers and make them correct their mistakes because they must think “doordash?
