Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes. Once home, we discovered the entire order (except cinnamon twists & 1 quesadilla) was prepared incorrectly. Bean burrito had onions (ordered without), potatoes and chalupa had sour cream (ordered both no sour cream, add avocado ranch - extra charge), chalupa had lettuce & no rice (ordered no lettuce, add rice - extra charge), soft taco had lettuce (ordered no lettuce), quesadilla had tomatoes added (ordered no sauce and didnāt ask for tomatoes to be added so š¤·š»āāļø). Once after being trapped for a half hour picking up food for my pregnant wife, I politely asked (itās not the workers fault) for coupons for my trouble. I was greeted with a hostile shift manager that accused me of being rude to his employees and then shut the window. When I attempted to deescalate the situation he began mocking me through the window.
9/10 the staff are doing their best to put on a brave face and soldier on through on nights when they are understaffed and there are multiple DoorDash orders of over 100$ that back up the kitchen and completely slow service to a halt.
The 1/10 of the time that they arenāt exactly glowingly happy is just a result of those working conditions.
