Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Atascadero

Okay I like to start off by saying I'm not usually one who does this but I went in and place my order and my card I was using they couldn't read the numbers on it they didn't have paper for their machine so they had to call in the order to another store well lady read the numbers wrong twice and refused to take my order very rude about it so I left came back 5 minutes later got a different person he took my order and listen to me when I gave him the numbers and Order went through just fine but the next problem was I'm standing at the counter and he still got the order wrong when I tried to say something about it at when I picked up my order it was the same lady who took my first order and refused to listen refuse to listen again. And to top it all off as I stood at the counter waiting for my pizza another worker there was too busy to help me because she was talking somebody else about a tattoo on her arm so they got my order wrong refuse to listen to customers refuse to help me when they got the order wrong even though they took it in the store all in all very bad service and I haven't even tried the pizza yet I sure hope it tastes good sorry about punctuation this was I...

I wanted to order a pizza on my way home from Paso Robles to Atascadero. After 10 minutes on hold I tried to order on line. I could not get a connection so I decided to put on my headset, call back and order from the road. I was still on hold when I walked in the door and asked if the phones were not working. I never heard them ring. I never saw anyone pick up the phone the whole time I was there. I placed my order, was told it would be 25 minutes which I knew was not true and went out to my car to wait. At the 25 minute mark I went back inside and waited to be acknowledged which never happened. All the workers were doing something but they all made a point of keeping their heads down and avoiding eye contact. After another 10 minutes I walked up to the side and told a worker my name and she just turned and walked away without telling me what she was doing. I got my order and when I checked the receipt I noticed that he had taken my order incorrectly. Sigh...I have ordered from this Dominos since they opened but this just might be...

Domino's has been our go to for years, but we're finally calling it quits on ordering from them. Multiple missing items, items not prepared correctly, ridiculous wait times. I feel terrible for the staff, there can't be more than a couple people working there and we've experienced multiple hour waits a couple of times. The final straw was ordering food, making multiple calls with no answer after an hour of waiting, being told we had to call the store to get the order cancelled and our money refunded, ordering receiving and eating a meal from elsewhere, only to finally receive our order after 3 hours later. Every item was wrong in one way or another, the funniest/saddest being the Parmesan Bread Bites were just bread. A two ingredient item, bread + parmesan/butter, was missing the topping, it was a loose pile of toasted bread nuggets. I hope things change, I hope the owner raises the wage or does something to get more employees & invest in them so the turnover stops. But I won't be getting Dominos...
