This store was very helpful. I drive old vehicles being a mechanic. They have been very helpful. My old truck had a bad fuesable link wire from the alternator and the truck wasn't charging the batteries. I was concerned when my batteries were not charging after I replaced alternator I brought the one I removed in to test it. The employee set up the alternator on there tester and confirmed the alternator was functioning properly allowing me to determine the true problem with my vehicle. In days like this the employee could easily have lied and said my alternator was the issue and sell me a new one. Honest help is hard to find these days and getting something for free is unheard of but this autozone is extremely trustworthy. They have also charged my batteries multiple times for free while I have worked on diagnosing issues with my vehicles. Excellent customer service is rare these days companies that don't charge for help is unheard of give these people a shot when you have trouble with your vehicles or equipment. The money you save purchasing parts over the internet will never make up for the convenience of having parts available available within minutes and employees that can give a second opinion about the trouble you are...

I got to the store and there was no customers there. I was the only one. There were two ladies working there. I asked one of them for help and I told her what I needed for my specific car. The lady helping me went over to get the things. Came back with the items and I bought them. I went out to my car and as I was opening the item I noticed tha it was the incorrect one. I went back inside Autozone and let the lady know that I hadn’t gotten the item I asked for. It seemed as she got mad by this. She had to return my money. So she asked the other girl for help with the cashier. The girl was very mad for some reason and did everything in a bad manner. As the girl was helping the lady she sakd something to her under her breath and I couldn’t quite make it out. Overall, I didn’t end up getting what I wanted and the lady threw my receipt on the counter which is very disrespectful. I just don’t understand why people are extremely rude when it’s their job to help. I mean they’re getting paid! Very disappointed with these Autozone workers. If I could give less...

AutoZone is lucky to have J.C. I was greeted right at the door and he took the time to help me find the right size windshield wiper blades for a truck I just purchased. I'm new to owning my own truck and J.C. took the time to even walk outside and teach me how to install my windshield blades. He was very knowledgeable and knew all the answers to my questions. I am looking to install a backup camera and apple play stereo and he showed me the correct options. I will go back to this place for all my needs just from my experience with J.C. Very warm, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He was juggling several customers at once and helping with all our needs. Thank you for the stellar customer service and for taking the time to help me.
