We purchased a custom upholstery motorized love seat from Forever Furnishings in Atascadero. Once in our home we discovered the motor mechanism was defective which frayed the fabric and prevented full extension of the foot rest. FF worked with us thru COVID but were unable to alleviate the problems. They removed the sofa and gave us a full store credit. We support local businesses in hopes they will provide good customer experiences. Our sales person, Vicki, could not have been more pleasant, professional, or responsive. I ordered a couch from here almost 5 months ago. I still do not have my couch. I’ve been calling but no one answers, and the voicemail is full so I can not leave a message. I have gone in there twice to see what is taking so long and the son keeps telling me his mom will call me. Their website says they are open 10-5 Tuesday-Saturday, but they are never open. I’m very disappointed in forever home furnishing and would like my money back, but there is no way of getting a hold of the owner. I guess I’ll have to make a call...

Went in here yesterday and I was amazed by the selection they have here. I came in with an image in my head of what I wanted (recliner & couches) and the lady (Charly? Sorry if I spelt it wrong) assisting literally put what I had in my head right in front of me. I drove over 50 miles to get here and After the customer service I got from them I’d gladly drive 250 miles. Great prices amazing service. I highly recommend this place...
