A great place to play golf. It's a popular place and is a little pricey near holidays, but it can prove to be a great course if you're a beginner looking to step it up a little or a professional looking for a course that has its own nuances. The people who run the little snack-shack are really kind and polite, and the person at the register for the course is always nice.
Beginner friendly, but be prepared to not make anywhere near par and/or play best ball. This is the course I started on and still have yet to make under a double bogie or whatever...
Read morePlayed 18 here for the first time the other day. Pace of play was slower than I would have expected for a weekday, but I think that is to be expected at affordable courses. I walked 18 and with a county card I believe totally green fees were $12. We even saw a group of deer cross the fairway on #7!
This is definitely a hilly course, so unless you're looking for a workout, a cart may be a good idea. It was hard to find grass on the driving range, so hopefully that'll look a bit better the next...
