This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I thought I had to this time hoping someone there at this taco bell would be concerned enought to do something about what is going on there. First of all my wife and I went there on a sunday morning to pick up some breakfast tacos/burritos. The door indicates that they should be open at 8am. The door as locked at 8am and did not open until 9am. The person that opened the door was dressed in a T shirt that was covered with food stains. When asked about why the door as not open at 8am she indicated that they open at 9 on the weekends even though the sign on the door was 8am. Above the counter where the menu should be lit up, it was dark. What's going on here. Is this any way to run a business. You would think the owner would be concerned about this. But it doesn't look like they are. I see many bad reviews about this location, but nothing seems to be done about it. Soo disappointing.
6/29/24: Update-went this morning (Saturday) drive through says “open” but is closed, signage says open at 8am. Outdoor menu is blank. How can they hope to stay...

The kitchen staff is trash. Not only have i found hair in my food MULTIPLE times but they straight up purposefully mess up my order. You know how i know that? Those unprofessional jerks LOUDLY shittalk me every time i go in. I dont come in anymore because they are so blatantly rude, have zero care for hygiene and food safety, and sit there on there phones or loudy shit talking customers. The only thing i can even think that ive done to make them hate me is order rice on my taco??? Like genuinely I dont think ive even spoken to one of the staff more than a “thank you” for the food.

I go to this taco bell quite frequently as its right next to the plaza I work in. I used to speak highly of this location. My food was always hot and the customer service was great, they were polite and overall good energy. The last few times I went in , nobody knew what they were doing , provided response like "I dont know what to tell you" and then today the guy at the window was a complete jerk.
