Harrington Home Furniture — Hotel in Atascadero

Okay...nice selection. I found a recliner I liked there that was priced right. I almost bought it until the saleswoman told me that the local delivery charge was $120. We live three miles away. The recliner I was interested in was $600. I was told there was no wiggle room on the delivery fee. We told them we were still looking around and left. We drove south down El Camino Real for about five miles (on the left) to another furniture store. They had a nice quality, almost identical chair there, for the same price, with no delivery fee. Was I wrong to expect HHF to work with me a bit more? BTW.... We didn't purchase a recliner that day, but I really liked the selections at the other furniture store. About a week later we returned to the store that was further south on El Camino Real. I ended up buying an all leather, upscale recliner that was $2500! I couldn't hardly believe that I was willing to spend that much, but the service and the selection made the difference. I love this chair, glad I didn't buy the...

Ive been a customer of Harrington Homes for 3 years now. Mary and Floyd have been so helpful. My first purchase was a bedroom set that I love, Even though I was living in Lompoc an hour and a half away they brought my new bedroom set to me and set it up. After 2 years I eneded up moving to Santa Maria and getting a larger house. I went back to Harrington Home to purchase a dining room table and a couch since the bedroom set has worked out so well for me. Floyd and Mary were there again to help me and they even went above and beyond, not only did Floyd and Mary offer to bring my new furniture to Santa Maria 1 hour away they also went to my Lompoc house to take down the bedroom set I origanlly purchased and brought it to my new house. Just to make sure that it was taken down and put back up properly so I get many more years with my furniture. Thanks Again ! We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a king size bed with all the bells and whistles .... adjustable, massage, solid wood frame, the works. Mary helped us with value added extras to go with the purchase to sweeten the deal. The delivery was absolutely perfect and professional. They had to bring all the parts and mattress up 4 flights of stairs. Once they got the parts to the bedroom, they were able to set up the bed methodically and were done in about an hour with the many parts they had to put together for an adjustable with massage function.
