We had frequented this establishment regularly before but it had been about a year since our last visit and boy have things changed. The service was HORRIBLE. We had to literally ask one of the bus boys to get us more chips and salsa after asking our waitress for refills of these items and instead of fulfilling our request, we watched her stand and talk to her co-workers instead. Once our food came, we discovered that two of our 3 orders were wrong. There was sadly no sense of urgency to rectify the issue by the waitress or the manager on duty. The issue with my order could have been fixed simply by bringing a helping of the ingredients left out of my burrito, but instead I received a plate of lettuce with about a teaspoon worth of liquified sour cream drizzled on top. Another order...the Fajita Nachos... were requested without beans but were made with them anyway. The first order of these nachos were made deliciously with cheese, meat, and all the toppings all the way through. However, when the order had to be remade because of the included beans...it was hurriedly thrown together with barely any toppings and no melted cheese. When we showed this to the manager on duty, she blew us off and just said "I'll bring you a side of melted cheese" instead of offering to remake them properly. We were so disheartened with the lack of care, concern, and service that we simply asked for to-go boxes. After paying the check and on our way out, the lady manager sarcastically yelled a singular and loud BYYYEEEE to us despite the fact that we never showed any anger toward the situation. We will not...
Read moreI've been a loyal Agua Linda customer for years. My husband and I would go nearly every date night. Tonight they started enforcing their parking lot. I was working for 45 mins at Sips next door before picking up my son from daycare across the street at 5:15. They towed my car while watching me sit there and work without coming to talk to me. I thought they were a great community restaurant and honestly if I thought they were wanting to enforce the lot, I would have moved my car. The lot wasn't full and I was leaving before the dinner rush. Based on prior enforcement, I thought they were flexible when the hours weren't busy. Not anymore. I just wish they spoke with me before they did that. I think they did the wrong thing and didn't act like they care about their community members. They assumed the same about me and that hurts too. They've lost my business probably for good and I won't encourage others to give them business either. The food is good, but not enough for me not to be given the benefit of the doubt and spoken to instead of preyed upon by parking attendants on the first night of enforcing a policy. I get the reasons for it but not the tactic. I won't be able to afford my car back until my next paycheck and that's more on me than my parking took from you this afternoon. Sorry to lose y'all as my regular place. I was rooting for you as a local business but not as...
