The food, burger was very good. We ordered 20 minutes before arrival online and when we arrived, food was not ready. We waited another 10 minutes . There was no clarify where to go to pick up our order when the line was long. Then noone took care of our drinks despite saying they would. We finally had to go insist for our drinks halfway thru our meal. Interrupting the line. The person at front was on her own and reasonably overwhelmed. We were told that they would bring our pudding order to us but they never did. We had to go ask for it and there was confusion that we had even ordered it despite having already paid for it. We choose to come here for our laid back anniversary. Food was good. Service was poor. Staff attitude was fine. Restaurant was busy and they did not seem not prepared. very standard burger that you can make in your backyard, but at least the service was nice. not the worst burger i’ve ever had, but i’ll stick to clocked. so incredibly average of a meal. mediocre.

got (2) of the double burgers, all the way. got both cajun and regular fries. the burgers were both comically small and honestly uneventful. the fries were thin and i believe left out for too long? when ordering inside, there was only one table eating in and i got my food to-go. i believe the owner was there and he was super friendly, but the food didn’t make up for that.

with everything (the burgers + medium drink upcharges) the total was $24.84 which is not worth it to me for what i was expecting. disappointed, but still glad i gave the baddie name a second chance after having a very similar experience at the 5...

Online order was ready when I arrived 5 min before the promised time! Short walk from the hospital for hospital employees. Good burger and good value based on other burgers in town in my opinion.

Baddies sauce is delicious- pretty standard burger sauce. I think the combination used to come with a side of the sauce for fry-dipping but now it’s extra? Either way, be sure to order it to you want it. Pickles are good- not quite bread and butter but not quite dill? On the sweeter side.
