A fairly standard Arby's. The food is as you would find it in any other location, and it's usually ready in a matter of moments. However that means that the roast beef sandwiches are not as hot as I'd prefer. The fries have always been hot and fresh though. There's a great selection of sauces to choose from, and the station you can dispense them from is kept clean. The inside is fairly nice--carpeted and with a good sized HD television hanging on the wall. I haven't had any trouble with employees. They also let me keep my coupons after using them. However, you can't make substitutions with coupons (e.g. you can't order an Arby's melt and pay the extra needed for the cheese if the coupon is for a regular Arby's...

Go here regularly.. showed up today. Waited for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged my presence even after 3 people ignored me. Has a door that is broken with no sign and it's locked. Finally had a nice guy to tell another worker I was there. Only to learn that one item ordered was not available and then told I could not get a refund. Asked to speak to a manager with no response from the worker and the manager who was very rude, unclean, unprofessional told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked what item I could be replaced, she said she did not know. Terrible experience. Do not go there during the day during the week. All around...
