Went through the taco bell drive through. There was a sign on the intercom saying "please pull up to window" i was thinking "ok, its broken no prob ill order at the window." Meanwhile the line behind me was LONG. (I counted 7 cars starting which quickly became 13)
I waited 33 MIN with only 1 (ONE) car in front of me!
I was thinking they probably had a problem, and was expecting some sort of apology and reason for the delay.
As i got up to the window some woman (claiming to be the person in charge) comes up and LOCKS THE WINDOW. I was immediately offended. Ive never had anyone look at me dead in the eye and lock a window. I started to take photos of the taco bell times and send it to a friend. They finally looked over at me and opened up the window.
The the lady's first words were "you can take a video we ain't got no food for you"
I said i didnt know that and i asked why nobody told me.
She said that she thought i ordered at the intercom and said that she thought i was waiting for food regardless.
I asked her how thats possible when she put up a sign that says to everyone to pull up to the window.
She said SHE DIDNT KNOW.... and thought that her employees told me??? The two employees behind her looked at her like she was crazy blaming them at this point. I asked her kindly if she could at least tell every car that comes up that you guys are out of food... she said NO... HUH???
Im not mad about not having food. I can easily get something else to eat. BUT THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION. All 10-13 of us waited in line for half an hour not knowing ANYTHING... its so simple just change the sign to say no food instead of pull up to window!! Even worse is that she blamed her supervisor... WHAT?? How is it their fault?? They manage the money YOU MANAGE THE OPERATION!! i have never witnessed service so bad and so poorly done. A person who didnt want to take ANY responsibility. Blamed her boss blamed her workers. Read moreI had placed a delivery order off of the Taco Bell app at 1:30 a.m. I had to call the restaurant 30 minutes after I placed the order and the restaurant claimed that they were making the order and that my Dasher was there to pick up the order which was incorrect. A random Dasher was there and was asked if they were here to pick up for (name) And they replied yes, without even showing the confirmation of the order and they were going to give our order to a random person that wasn’t even assigned. I ordered for 3 individuals. After everything, a Dasher was finally assigned and the Dasher arrived on time, but yet items were missing our food quality was damaged and non edible. I had to come in person today at 5:00 PM to try to get my food remade and explain the whole situation and the manager would only remake two items that were missing instead of the whole order which was damaged and not edible. The first manager, she was a female claimed that we had to go through DoorDash, even though it was through Taco Bell and she ended up putting me in a whole circle trance with DoorDash then the DoorDash had also tried to contact the store through phone call multiple times to get them to remake my full order And they refused to answer, knowing they have caller ID. I asked DoorDash if I could go to the store for them to remake it instead, and they said yes I went to the store for them to remake it or give back our refund and the second Hispanic manager, claiming that he was a manager was extremely unprofessional as the first one was And refused to make our full entire order. We didn’t even want a refund. We just wanted our food freshly made. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I will be contacting Taco Bell and I will be getting my refund as well as the food made to order with everything included!!! Also, the manager claimed that this store is a franchise so either way if it’s not corporate, I will be contacting the owner! Judd Wishnow Of Southpaw! Read moreHORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! I've given this taco bell at least 6 chances in the last 6 months hoping I've been experiencing "off days" for the things inside wearing taco bell shirts. I've always been overly nice, just trying to catch a thank you or anything resembling niceness from questionable humans they have working in there. They are for no reason just straight up mean!? I've finally had enough of it so I feel it's time to hopefully keep as many people away from this place as possible in hopes it eventually gets shut down. Every single drive thru experience wasted over 30 minutes of time, 2 of the times I was the only car in the driveway! The order hasn't been right not even once. Never any napkins or straws given in the drive thru. Never any napkins INSIDE the store as the napkin bins are always busted open like someone thought it was a printer that wasn't working. The service inside takes on average about 20 minutes to get your food. Where is a taco bell rep?! If anyone from the franchise would step foot on the sticky mess they utilize as a floor in there, they would have BEEN shut down! The workers ALL walk around like you just woke them up from a 5 year coma and act like you are bouncing on their LAST nerve and they are gonna shoot at you if you ask for ANYTHING they failed to give you (that you've incidentally already paid for). I am convinced the hiring process consists of ensuring you are able to smoke your weight in weed every half hour, can give the worst possible attitude to every single person you meet that "ain't your people ", and absolutely have had to have given up on any form of hygiene and sanitary food handling years ago. This place gives trash an amazing name. Unless you're a severe masochist that enjoys hearing the person taking your order simultaneously scream and cuss out dey baby daddy on the phone... please PLEASE go somewhere else....
