Our server forgot our main dish (that be took order for) and asked us to pay before our food arrived, after we had already been waiting 30 minutes.

When we told him about the missing food, he didn’t do anything, so we physically had to go up to the counter ourselves to remind them we don’t have our food yet.

It ended up taking about 45 minutes just to get a simple wonton soup and when it finally came, there was a dead fruit fly in it so we didn’t even finish it.

The owner said we’d get a discount, but we never actually received it, and the server never once apologized.

Went with high hopes during opening week, when it was packed and they had a great drink special. Half of the soup dumplings arrived torn/broken but still tasted great. The har gao tasted exactly like the frozen ones we get at the asian grocery. Stir fried green beans were fine but not as savory and crunchy-blistered as the ones at New Red Bowl. Shanghai dumplings were delicious but a little dry. Overall the food was fine but not spectacular. We liked the food delivery robots and there's more to try on the menu, plus the place needs a little time to settle in. For a soft opening, it was PACKED. So the first thing I noticed is how quickly and efficiently they handled such a huge crowd. They handled it better than some veteran businesses here. They were super friendly and once our orders were taken it wasn't long until our dishes started coming out and boy was it delicious! The noodles were okay but it was their dumplings that made the lasting impression! For someone to call themselves a master at something is a bold statement. They did awesome, especially for a franchise. Definitely will be going back to try even...
