This was my first time at this KFC location. I ordered my food on the app and went inside the restaurant around my specified pickup time. I stood inside the lobby for at least 5 minutes, and I was not acknowledged or spoke to by an employee. The employees did not know if I had placed a mobile order or not, and despite eye contact, they pretended I was not there. There was one other person inside and nobody in the drive-thru when I came in, so it was not particularly busy. I watched the lady behind the food line make orders while she was on the phone. She was preparing food with no gloves, had very long nails, and continued to pick up and use her phone in between making orders. She never once put on gloves or washed her hands. The longer I watched the more I became grossed out. I understand chefs can wash their hands and prepare food without gloves, and I am not one who gets easily disgusted in restaurants, but watching this scenario made my stomach churn. To make matters worse, she started complaining about mobile orders to whomever she was on the phone with. It was clear her phone conversations were much more important to her than helping customers or preparing orders. After standing there for well over seven minutes (my order placed at least 20 minutes prior) without being acknowledged and losing my appetite from the lack of cleanliness, I left without my food or having spoken to an employee. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I went in with my son to have a meal after he got out of school. Let’s just say none of the things I ordered was fresh. After my son failed to bit into his chicken nugget, I asked if I could get them and my famous bowl remade. Another customer came in and had to wait 20 minutes for 1 chicken breast. After 20 or so odd minutes I was asked have I received my fresh food. And I responded no. So another 10 minutes or so goes by and I’m given the contents which I initially ordered close to a hour ago. Only to reach in my son’s box of nuggets to uncover a baby cockroach moving about in the bottom of the box. I quickly brought the food to the counter to bring it to the restaurants attention. Only to hear some commotion in the back. Shortly after I was approached by the same employee asking if they can remake it. Talking bout something must’ve flew in it. She literally offered me and my son everything except my money back. Stating she couldn’t afford a bad review. Safe to say no ones should be eating at that location.They are completely aware of their insect problem and still are selling food out of that establishment. How in the hell did they pass inspection. I contacted corporate informing them of the situation asking for my money back. Its been a full 48hrs and still not a call or a email has been returned like promised! Read moreOrdered on the app and it gave a 20 minute estimate so my husband when up to ask for our cups while we waited (didn't mind waiting). Rather than just asking for the first name on the order, the lady asked what the order was and then cut him off when she didn't get the answer she needed. She snapped at him that she needed to know who it was for and he gave my first AND last name but she was too busy spouting off random names to hear him, even though I could hear him clearly from the back of the restaurant. He stated the last name again as since she kept saying names but I guess her list only has first names on it??? so she didn't realize she had ours in the system. Our food was ready about 10 minutes after the estimated time (we didn't get cups until then) and when that same employee saw he was coming up for my order she said "I said that one!" (meaning she had said my name earlier during the time where he also said my FULL NAME and she was talking too much to hear it). I don't know that one lady's name. Everyone else was relatively nice for a fast-food place.
There was trash on the floor in multiple locations, the toilet seat was broken (not just loose), and there was no trash bag in the bathroom trash can.
On the plus side, the food was actually really good, but the customer service, cleanliness, and wait times...
