This is strictly about the management and how they handle business. I received a call about two and a half weeks ago from the manager about a job opening. He had received me on a good referral and wanted me to interview for the position. After getting the necessary information, he notified me that an assistant manager would contact me to set up an interview. I waited two weeks for a call but received none. Finally, I get an automated email through the employment services website that the position has been filled. I was shocked, confused and appalled at the lack of professionalism. With the exception of the Bowl it features both typical cafeteria fair and a large selection of breakfast goods such as bagels, bread, spreads, cereals, and a full yogurt bar. The Bowl is Snelling's highest accomplishment, featuring a rotating selection of high-quality meat, vegetable, and grain dishes. Special shout-out to the steak flank and balsamic cabbage. It may not be the largest dining hall, but especially with it being open until 2am for late study snacks, don't sleep on this UGA...
