Tall bartender with a light beard was pretty rude, and I witnessed him serve girls who were underage without checking their IDs. They then laughed and told us they were 17 and 18. The bartender never smiled once despite my tips and several orders of drinks.

Then he got pissed when I tried to explain that the two underage girls put orders on someone else's tab, who then disputed them. He tried tonsay he was too incompetent to deal with the situation he himself created, and needed a manager.

The guy at the bar who was pressured to buy drinks for the girls didn't know they were underage nor that they put repeated drinks on his tab. Until they got their drinks and laughed about how they were just here for orientation.

The tall, skinny bartender on Weds night the 7th with the goattee was rude and disrespectful throughout all communication. He served high school girls alcohol without bothering to even ask for IDs.

As our typical Thursday hangout place for some 5 dollar burgers I woke up devastated to the news that the price had been raised to 7 dollars. As a group we originally planned to protest the the price raise, but being starving and hangry, we decided to take the protest to Broneys and get burgers anyways. After getting some delicious buff dip with some amazing service my day quickly got even worse. We ordered the usual queso and beer cheese burgers but things did not go as planned. Our lovely waitress came back and said the whole place was out of gosh darn melted cheese. NO QUESO AND NO BEER CHEESE. I go there strictly for liquid cheese and there was none of it. I was so outraged at the kitchen I quickly asked our great waitress for our checks and we left. It was brutal and capped off the worst day of my year. I am extremely disappointed from the burger price hike, but running out of melted cheese is despicable and needs to be addressed by management. We went for dinner on Thursday night because my daughter was in town and this was one of her favorite hangouts when she was a student at OU. It took a long time for the server to bring our food. When we finally did get our food, the buffalo dip was really good. I ordered a hamburger not pink, and it was very undercooked. The server brought me another hamburger that was cooked properly. Thank goodness it didn't take as long to bring my second hamburger as it did the original order. By the way, another person in our party ordered his hamburger cooked the same way I did, and it was cooked properly, so I don't know why mine was underdone.
