I'll give you the store was busy, but not til after I made my order, then a bunch of people ordered after me. When I got my pizza, I left and went home. When I opened my pizza and tried to eat it, the crust was so thin and doughy it flopped around in my hands like a limp noodle. I didn't order thin crust, but even if I had, thin crust is supposed to be crispy. But here's the kicker, when I called to complain about it, instead of taking my complaint and making it right, the person on the other end says ," oh a bunch of customers just came in, can you call back later and complain?". I mean really, what kind of customer service is that! ? Someone needs to retrain these employees on customer service. A good employee would have asked another employee to take over the counter and seen to my complaint right away. Regardless if they were busy or not or at least put me on hold. I would have waited. The employee was just down right rude. I don't know who the manager is, but I'm gonna find out. She or He needs to be aware the employee would rather loose a customer than do her damn job. Retraining is in order for sure. You need to address the complaints when they come in, not when it's...
Read moreMy family and I won't ever go back to this particular Little Caesars. 2 of the last 3 times we have attempted to eat here as soon as we walked in there were customers already inside who were getting their fresh from the oven orders however immediately after handing them their orders the workers turned right to us and told us their ovens were turned off they couldn't make any new orders. Then tonight on the third visit as soon as we were getting out of our vehicle to go inside and order pizza for dinner, another customer was walking out with several pizzas and a few other food items. Well we walked in to order and the worker at the counter looked up from what she was doing looked right at us and then proceeded to inform us that apparently their ovens had just now somehow broke down and quit working, so we could either take the one order of bread sticks that were hard as a rock and the single pizza sitting in the warmer that was turned off or we could get our dinner elsewhere. Needless to say we obviously went and got our...
Read moreI have been going to this store since it opened. I go here a couple times a week with my son. He is autistic and loves this pizza. The staff is always very kind to us. I have also saw the smoking close to the door. Understand why, that would upset some people. The biggest issues tend to be the following. The crazy bread usually has two general concistancies. Raw as hell or burnt to a uneditable state. Typically its raw as hell. The pizza is good, however for the most part the sauce seemes to be put on with a mop! So when you bite it, goes out the sides. Other times its not so bad. Since the addition of the extra meat and cheese pizza. This is less noticeable. An doesn't appear to be an issue. My final issue, I noticed which happens frequently. Is how the pizza is sliced. Often, almost every other time. The pizza is not sliced, or not sliced all the way through the crust. Overall, the thing to keep in mind is. You are getting what...
