Super Bowl Sunday. Didn't feel like cooking so I got on line to check out their menu and prices. We went down there and ordered 75 dollars worth of chicken and when the receipt came back I noticed the prices were different than the web site. I brought it up to the girl at the register and an older woman in the back said, very rudely, the web site was messing up and was wrong. I said "Oh, OK" and picked up a paper menu laying beside the register and, not surprisingly" the prices in there were also lower than what I had been charged. I pointed that out to the girl and she immediately pointed to a small print note on the bottom of the menu that said "Prices subject to change at any time" She didn't have to look for that note, she pointed right at it; obviously, it was not the first time it had been brought to her attention! I would have gladly paid whatever they charge but baiting me in there with one price and then switching prices after I was there is unacceptable! The attitude displayed by ALL their employees sealed my assessment! We will never go back! Zaxbys is right...

I was left sorely disappointed after spending $31 for a fried catfish plate with tartar sauce, potato salad, and fries and my husband's 10 piece wing plate with a Dr. Pepper. The only good food in the whole lot were my husband's wings and my hush puppies. We ordered in the drive thru, which surprisingly took less time than normal for a Saturday night. (Still roughly 20 minutes or so) By the time we got home to eat, my tartar sauce and potato salad were completely warm and tasted sour.. we live less than 10 minutes away in EL. I tried to eat the tartar sauce, but it was just horrible. I'm used to the fries being less than desirable, but I normally get the fried shrimp and don't eat many fries.. wish I hadn't made the mistake of trying something new here. I don't normally leave poor reviews, but for the price.. I expect better. The last thing a pregnant woman wants to do is have to find something else to eat for dinner after waiting so long in the drive thru and paying exponentially...

To start I loved their food, but it has declined in the last 6 months or so. And there is one younger girl who is always rude. Well I called in an order tonight, and the very rude young lady answered the phone, and gave the phone to another employee, with me able to hear all her comments. I get my order out in and send my son in law to pick up our food, we don’t live far from the restaurant. He comes back home and I open the bag, we didn’t receive the salad, order of fries and a drink. So they go back to get rest of order, the rude young lady argues with them saying she made the salad, that they could have the fries and still no drink. They finally get the salad, and fries. Got back home and the buffalo chicken for salad was disgusting, the salad itself was basically lettuce and no dressing, fries tastes like grease is nasty. Overall some of the order was okay, but not worth the money spent, and customer service was horrible. Rudeness will...
