Subway — Restaurant in Athens

I am so disappointed! I placed an order online, and more than half of my order was wrong! I ordered 3 footlongs, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were supposed to have double meat, and double cheese, neither sandwich had the double meat that I paid for, and one of them didn't even have all 3 of the meats that come on it regularly! I tried to call the store to explain my issues but I can't get anyone to answer the phone! And This is not the first time I have had an issue at this location recently! Would not accept my coupons. Not happy about that. Would only accept my coupons for two Footlongs at $12.99, but restricted us to Footlongs that amounted to $12.99, so didn't save a penny. I'm so sick of gimmicks, especially ones that don't save me one cent. If you want over priced shitty sandwiches this is your place. Ordered on the app, they took my money but claim they never got the order bc I used a buy one get one free coupon. They seem to only have problems when you place orders with coupons. I would spend $30 and buy the ingredients myself before trying to order through these Athens locations as they are all owned by the patels. 0 responsibility for the app stealing your money.
