So we approached the window thinking we clear the order up with the cashier. Cashier was soooo rude didn’t let my daughter get the words out . Her or someone else got on there & said the system down we can’t take no orders. Went back to the window asked for a manger. The whole Night crew was hinding, it took the so called manger by the name of Natasha come to the window I asked her what was the store number so I can report it she said hold on & never came back to the window. She sent a young light skin man to the window and said the store number was 305 or2305. She never came back to the window to address the issues. I come here explicitly to pick up mobile orders, and every arrival without fail there is a hiccup. Within the last 14 days I have had 9 attempted mobile order pickups. The wait time, where there is myself and on average one or two other vehicles either in front or behind me in line have to wait upwards of 35 minutes for what you would imagine to be simple orders; burger drink, fries and the occasional chicken items. To make matters even more unappealing the "staff" decides to willingly shut down ahead of the posted closing time: example for the day of this review they were scheduled to close 2 am Tuesday August 4th 2020 i arrived at 1:45 per the submission of the mobile order request and i was met with refusal to submit the order stating they were closed at 1:53 am the same day after they finally alerted me at the window. If the business this Checkers is going to be understaffed or operating under its own open to close time schedule then remove its listing availability from taking...

My cousin and I came to this franchise location yesterday. If I could give a 0 I would. not only is the outside of this establishment not well kept but also falling apart. We decided to not judge at first until we pulled up to the drive thru and it was dirty, broken speaker, trash around, building is in shambles. After ordering and reluctant to leave the line, I decided to wait to see the grade from the health department, then boom. No GRADE visible for customers. Not to mention the drive thru window had not been wiped in months. Now I'm retrieving our food. One soda was dirty with food particles from the inside and tastes like the machine had not been cleaned. I request to have a fresh but the woman at drive thru only wanted the top. Finally, we leave and the burgers had wilted lettuce, mayo didn't look fresh an after the first bite we could not do it. Health department needs to visit ASAP.
