I ordered two dishes and an order of wings, specifically stating chicken fried rice multiple times during the order so the rice would not be plain. When I got to my destination 3 exits away I noticed shrimp in my rice. For myself, if shrimp were the last thing on earth to eat I would starve, it physically makes me queasy and my friend is actually allegic to seafood. Here's where things get interesting. I take the two dishes back for an exchange they give the two dishes to the cooks behind counter, then the cooks start manually picking through the dishes. I knew what they were doing but I wanted to see just how far they went. They removed the entree from the container I handed them, added chicken fried rice, and handed the trays right back to me. Did I see food from my dish hit the trashcan? No! I'm 6'2 and I was watching very attentively at this mess they were trying to pull on the sly. Now... Keep in mind during transportation, dishes in foam trays will mix. So, when I opened the trays what do I see? Whole shrimp, and bits of the old shrimp fried rice in the entrees of both boxes next to the new fried rice. I take both back and show the cashier the shrimp sitting right on top. She then argues about me not ordering right. I ask her "did I not say chicken fried rice several times?"...There was a pause, a slight, nod but the question was never verbally answered. Just more attempts to say I didn't order right. I tell her about the allergy then she says "oh you should have told me you were allergic" as if returning a dish to a customer with unwanted food contents manually picked out is acceptible in any situation. I've been visiting this place off and on since the turn of the millenia and once in a blue moon the order will be wrong. Previously they would take the order back and make another as a resturant is supposed to do. But hey, I guess now since things are tight with the economy they are in the business of recycling expensive things such as shrimp back to other people's plates since again, I never saw the shrimp hit the trashcan.
This is the last time I'll go there, I'm not inclined to give money to people who are so...

Read moreOrdered 10 wings no combo and was charged the regular combo price which is around $10. Plus the wings didn’t have any sauce on them. It should be standard for them to be saucy. Wings would have been good if they were properly sauced. They’re asian’s in a black community so of course they have poor customer service. They are afraid of the community so there is bullet proof glass at the counter. They make it to where you can’t contact them physically when you pay and receive your food. They have security outside at night and he does have a gun. So yeah, if you like unsauced wings and typical poor asian customer service, then this place is for you. Health Dept....
