Terrible service! I waited for 40 minutes! Because they don’t have competent workers, they have a fith grader taking the cash and she didn’t even place my order, because of for some unknown reason, she didn’t ask for my money to pay, So the guy behind me who had ordered more than me had gotten his before me, then they FINALLY asked me what I ordered, then the mother keeps repeating $16,$16 for about 10 times, mind you there were people in front of me at the cash register, so imagine how annoying that is! so 20 minutes I get my order wrong because again the child didn’t place it the first time! All because they lask proper staff this happened, If they wanted me to pay they could have placed my order then asked for the money before giving me the food, also when I asked for them to remove the items I didn’t want they gave me a dirty look and tried to get smart with me, by saying “they asked me if that’s all I wanted” or “why didn’t you say that” I did! When I first walked in! Not only is the mother a bold face liar, she’s rude and unprofessional! She only asked me “16 dollar”, “16 dollar”nothing else about my order! The whole stuffing needs a readjustment in manners and English because both are lacking, If they had someone who competent enough to take orders, this wouldn’t have happened! I don’t recommend this place to anyone they clearly shouldn’t be I be in operation, and the lobby is always a wreck, god forbid you have to use the restroom, it’s practically a trap...

The Hidden Gem on Bankhead. Please read the sign for hysterical laughs. They only take cash and they won't put your order in until you pay first. Save yourself some time and bring cash. Family dollar is across the street but their fee is very high to withdraw from the atm and they charge a cashback fee at the register. I recommend the Shrimp Lo Mien with Garlic Sauce!!! Delish!!!! They should have chairs in lobby for people to sit while waiting for orders.
