I ran into Chef and the Jerk Center by accident and boy am I glad I did. When I got to him, someone ordered all his oxtails soon as he opened because they knew they would sell out. So I couldn't get oxtails which told me a lot because people buying it but low and behold I looked at menu and went with the garlic salmon OMG when I saw him pour that garlic sauce over the salmon i knew what was up.
