I recently had a highly disappointing experience at a Subway location that left me feeling frustrated and ripped off. The issues I encountered with the gentlemen making my sandwich were completely avoidable and should not have occurred.
Upon entering the store, I ordered my sandwich by number, expecting a seamless process as advertised. However, it quickly became apparent that the staff member lacked the necessary knowledge about the ingredients and menu options. Despite clearly specifying my order, he seemed perplexed and unsure about which type of meat to include.
To make matters worse, when I received my sandwich, it was evident that I had not received the promised double serving of provolone or the appropriate amount of meat. Not only did the lack of product leave my sandwich tasting bland, but I also felt cheated because I had been charged for these extra toppings that were missing from my order.
The lack of expertise and attention to detail displayed by the Subway staff member was utterly disappointing. As a customer, I expected to receive the sandwich exactly as it was described on the menu, especially when ordering by number. It is disheartening to encounter such a basic mistake and a lack of product knowledge from an employee at a well-established chain like Subway.
Moreover, the fact that I was charged for toppings I did not receive is simply unacceptable. Paying for additional ingredients should result in an enhanced dining experience, not a sense of being taken advantage of. This inconsistency between the description and the actual product not only wasted my time but also left me feeling unsatisfied and deceived.
Overall, my experience at this particular Subway location was incredibly disappointing. Read moreI ordered my food on the mobile app and forgot to ask for it toasted. I tried to call the store and it kept going straight to voicemail. I was about 2 minutes away when I placed my order. When I went inside, I asked for them to toast my sandwich. It was already made and they told me they couldn’t remake it. They told me I should have called, to which I stated that their phone didn’t work and that I tried. We kept going back and forth and finally they said they could toast it but they took the vegetables off and put it back on after, which I thought was silly since they could have just replaced it. Read moreI walk in arab lady sitting on phone however she did greet me but act is if she did not want to be there. Went to bathroom only one was available was them men. Find that interesting when its two ladies that were working in there so i assume they keep the other one locked just for them. Men’s bathroom needs deep cleaning really bad. Ordering my sandwich i felt like i was rushed. I asked can i get fresh lettuce she said it was fresh but it was not because the lettuce was turning another color other than what it should have been looking like. So i did not add lettuce which i love bit dis not want to take a chance getting sick.
